R½ billion for water in Mopani The problems with water availability, especially in the Mopani district’s rural areas, will enjoy special (almost desperate) attention from the Mopani District Municipality in the new financial year (starting on 1 July). More than R500 million will be spent on overhauling wa-
ter projects or on new infrastructure during 2015/2016. Bulletin reported on problems experienced by communities in the past weeks and the news of a major overhaul of the district’s water infrastructure is to be welcomed.

skade vrygespring.
A vibrant young Tzaneener, Ms Minette Prinsloo (22), entered the Ford Ranger Odyssey Competition to take place in Namibia from 23 July to 4 August and has been selected as one of forty entrants from all over Africa to attend the competition’s Boot Camp to be held in Prince Albert in the Karoo next week. She is well informed about 4x4 routes and the only entrant from Limpopo who made the grade! She urgently needs some sponsors to help her taking part in the competition. She matriculated at Merensky in 2010 and has a degree in marketing and public relations, which enables her to market a sponsor’s product or service throughout the trip. When she returns, she will give the Bulletin’ss readers a full report on the outcome of the competition. She can be reached on 072 997 4422 for more details on sponsorships.
