INFORMATION

In order to work with the Feeder, you have to have Fine adjustable fence for bandsaw, produced in ZMM Stomana JSC- Bulgaria.

Dismount the aluminum profile A, support B and the handles C from the fine adjustable fence, from fig. 1 to the position on fig. 2.

Fig. 2 Mount the feeding beam А (fig.3) on the place of the dismounted elements of the fence, and the clamping roller В in the table groove.

Install the electric box А (fig.4) behind the column. Your electric specialist must connect the electric box to the electric system of the bandsaw, according the electric diagram.

3. Working with the feeder Through pushing of button F (fig.3) you will start feeding, and through a red button G you will stop the feeder. From the potentiometer Е you can adjust the speed of feeding. If you connect correctly the feeder to the bnadsaw through pushing of bandsaw stop will stop and the feeder also.

Clamping roller В can be adjusted from the handle D, and the tension of the spring- from the nut С.

Feeding beam А can be moved and adjusted like the aluminum fence.
