Boaters are encouraged to register to enter the parade set for June 11 at 11 a.m. This year the parade will move to the Grand Glaize Arm of the Lake where it will be easier to maintain a no wake/idle speed for the duration of the parade. Registration is open and cost is $20 per vessel. Go to www.funlake.com/events/boat-parade to register. Each registrant will receive a flag that must be displayed on their boat during the parade. Car Show Hot Summer Nights will be featuring “Muscle Car Mania” during the June event. Held June 10 from 5-10 p.m. on the Bagnell Dam Strip. Free and open to all car, truck and motorcycle owners.
Canine Cannonball The 15th annual Canine Cannonball will be held at Dog Days June 10-12. Come watch as dogs show off their skills by jumping into a pool of water.
