There will be a second residential clean up this fall. 4 • The Elks Lodge #2517 in Osage Beach will host the annual Mouse Races at 3 p.m. Doors open at 2 p.m. Food and refreshments will be available. All proceeds go to the help provide Christmas for needy Lake area kids.
