My One Week Journey with Z.E.N. foods The following pages will reflect my journey with Z.E.N. Foods I purchased a 7 day weight loss plan at a huge discount from a 1 day internet deal. I told the representative at Z.E.N. that I didn’t want red meat, bleu cheese or eggplant in any of the meals. He said I should lose 5 pounds this week. Let’s see how this all works out…
My One Week Journey with Z.E.N. foods I received my food the night before in ice packs. I put everything in the refrigerator ready for the next day.
Day #2 with Z.E.N. (Zero Effort Nutrition) BREAKFAST Broccoli and Mushroom Frittata (This was a surprisingly very filling breakfast. It looked so small when I put it on this salad plate. But, after I cut into it and started eating – hunger was gone!)

Day #2 with Z.E.N. (Zero Effort Nutrition) LUNCH Baked Cod Fish Tacos with Low Carb Flour Tortilla and Romoulade (OK, so not the best photo. My hand was a bit shaky, and I wasn’t wearing my reading glasses. But, I have to say, there was a lot more fish than expected. Very filling. What IS Romoulade, anyway?!)
Day #2 with Z.E.N. (Zero Effort Nutrition) SNACK Buffalo Chicken with Bleu Cheese Dip (Did they not hear me when I said I didn’t like Bleu Cheese? I ate the chicken and the celery. I was so glad that there was no chicken skin or bones. Very appetizing!)
Day #2 with Z.E.N. (Zero Effort Nutrition) DINNER Baked Turkey with Maple Mustard Sauce, Yam Wedges, Green Beans (The yam wedges were to die for!!! Turkey was scrumptious. But, I still had to make something for my hubby. So, he got some salmon, brown rice and broccoli!)
Day #2 with Z.E.N. (Zero Effort Nutrition) DESSERT Gluten Free Gingerbread Cupcake (Extremely satisfying for my sweet tooth. I ate every single crumb! Nummy!
