The use of high value softwoods with long fibers like pine or spruce in the production of the base is necessary to obtain a higher density, an optimal flexibility and enhanced resistance to swelling. Aquapro's SureCore uses twice more long fiber softwoods than a standard European laminate base.

Solid content remaining on the plank after the solvent has dried Knowing that on standard laminate products the click is the most fragile part of the base, at the end of the profiling process, a first layer of low solvent content Sealer is applied onto the click. It is then slowly and naturally air dried to penetrate the wood fibers and another layer is then re-applied.

What is the value?
Aquapro has been developed and tested for resistance against high humidity exposure.
Water Resistance When a water spill is not cleaned up immediately on a standard laminate floor bubbles form, mold grows on the subfloor, and the plank swells. A standard EU laminate after being exposed to a water spill for 4h.
Aquaproâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s power sealer blocks off any water for at least 25hours!! Leaving time for the water to either dry or be cleaned before drops startreaching the subfloor. Kitchens & Bathrooms Installation Aquapro can be placed in kitchens and bathrooms as long as silicone sealant is applied to the perimeters.
