Over the past few months, our gratitude and the media’s attention and rightly so, has been on focused on the frontline medical workers who are saving lives while putting their own lives at risk during this global pandemic. However, a somewhat unforgotten group or unsung heroes if you like, has been our children. These little human’s have adapted to a whole new way of life without fully understanding why, their once daily ritual of playing in the park, seeing friends and going to school has been taken away from them without any warning.
