Students make our community thrive. VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS Langara’s VOLT Volunteer program empowers you to contribute to Langara and to our surrounding community through volunteerism. Over 3,500 students have participated in this popular student-driven volunteer program. It is rare to have an event on campus without an orange VOLT t-shirt in sight.
MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITY C CHANGE events provide students opportunities to make a difference. Plant trees, bag soil, help the food bank, and clean up the streets.
BUILDING INTERNATIONAL CONNECTIONS Langara Global Volunteers support cultural events, international student orientation, and ongoing activities to deepen a shared cultural connection between students on campus.
THE GREENEST CHEER TEAM Sustainability Student Ambassadors attend campus events to help educate the community on sustainable practices such as proper recycling.
