Apply early! Langara begins accepting applications 11 months before the start of each semester. Open enrolment program students are assigned a registration time based on the date of application, and some limited enrolment programs accept students as complete applications are received or on a competitive basis. Applications will close when a program is full or by the program’s application deadline listed on the application page. For international students, applications may close sooner if there is not sufficient time to get a study permit prior to arrival in Canada. Processing time for a study permit can take six to eight weeks, or more. It is your responsibility to make sure you can attend Langara for the date specified in your Letter of Acceptance.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY APPLICATION STATUS?
The Student Information System shows your current application status and instructions to log in are sent by email with your Langara ID after you apply. Once you log in, from the Main Menu navigate to Admissions, then View Application Status for Current Applications. If you are missing documents, navigate to Program Checklist to see what is missing.
