TO OUR READERS Summer? So over it… bring on autumn! Summer 2013 wasn’t a scorcher compared with the past but we did have a lot of notable events; Apple IOS7 changed the face of the Iphone, Instagram Video launched with five million uploads in the first 24 hours. The incredible BREAKING BAD series finale, Dolce & Gabbana’s legal drama, “Geek Chic”, the NSA data collection scandal, H&M launching its ecommerce site fashionably late…. And how about NASA introducing its 2013 class of astronaut candidates, and of the eight available positions, four were given to incredible female scientists. This summer also marks the return on the Supermodel. Kate Moss on the cover of Esquire UK, Naomi Campbell signs for a second season of her reality show THE FACE.Stephanie Seymour in Jason Wu’s Spring Campaign, and Christy Turlington as the face of Calvin Klein. Social Media is bigger than ever! Oscar de la Renta launched all of its Fall ads on Instagram, Prabal Gurung used the photo sharing app to reveal his fall line. J.Crew gave us a preview of its September look book on Pinterest. For its fall campaign, Diesel found its models via Tumblr, Even the esteemed house of Chanel tweeted the first image of its latest campaign. Social takeovers are definitely in fashion. I’m exhilarated with the thought of how technology will change the way we view art, fashion and culture. We entitled this issue “The New Age – New Rules have been written”. We are coming into a time when designers, editors, photographers, and stylists have a sixth sense for what is now and next in the fashion ether. Talented individuals coming of age to propel the fashion world forward and declare what’s hot and what’s not, whose precocious sense for the next big thing often results in trends of global proportions. Our contributor’s creative output and inspiration illustrates their distinctive taste, individual flair, and talent for igniting global fashion fervor. It exemplifies the fine art of fashion and what it means to be at the threshold of the cutting edge. LAPALME Magazine has been blessed to be a part of this movement with many creative professionals submitting extraordinary work, and from a discerning readership that expects a higher standard in a fashion and style publication. As we begin to celebrate the coming holidays, we give thanks to the unity of design and creativity that will move us forward to an unprecedented 2014. Here’s to The New Age… KL

CELEBRITY STYLE
JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT Words By Matt Allinson
Whether you’ve been a fan of him since his lovable alien days in 3rd Rock From The Sun, enjoyed his indie credentials in ‘Brick’ and ‘The Lookout’ or simply became one of the converted upon the release of ‘Inception’ or ‘(500) Days of Summer’, I think we can all agree on one thing. These days, Mr Joseph Leonard Gordon-Levitt has got style.
For formal events, tend to stick with a suit, shirt and tie combo.
When in a casual setting, Joseph tends to stick to a pair of fitted jeans, trainers and a t-shirt with some kind of pattern or pop of colour. This is the kind of outfit all of us can pull off and looks great on anyone so long as you nail the fit of the pieces and stick to classics like Levi’s 511s and Jack Purcells.
When in a casual setting, Joseph tends to stick to a pair of fitted jeans.
The added bonus of dressing this way is that it’s easy to dress up; throw on a blazer, cardigan, over-shirt or a peacoat in the winter and you can’t go wrong. As for formal events, he tends to stick with a suit, shirt and tie combo. For slightly more relaxed settings he loses the tie and/ or swaps the jacket for a fitted jumper. And he always rolls the sleeves.
He keeps things simple and classic, often in cut and colour (navy, black, grey) but always adds an interesting spin to them – such as during the Inception premier at London where he wore a plaid suit, striped shirt and dotted tie. Pattern mixing or playing with textures is a great way to add individual and unique touches to your outfit.

The Gentleman’s Guide To
Shaving Words By CJ
Despite shaving being something that men all over the planet have to do every day, most don’t know how to do it well. For most, it’s an unpleasant and sometimes painful chore, not an enjoyable few minutes of pampering. If this is the way you feel too then you’ve been doing it wrong. The key steps to remember are:
• Always wet shave. • Use a manual razor. • Exfoliate and lubricate your skin.
• Shave with the grain. • Splash with cool water, dab dry, & moisturize with lotion
First, you should always wet-shave! If you disregard the rest of the information on this page then at least remember this - hair that’s been soaked in warm water for a couple of minutes will have absorbed the water and swollen. Swollen hair is much easier to cut, plus the water will act as a very basic lubricant, allowing the razor or shaver to move across your skin more easily. For this reason, shaving is best done during or immediately after a shower.
while to tighten up and properly expose the hairs, so shower and shave after breakfast.
Failing that, soaking a face towel in hot water and applying it to your face for a couple of minutes should have the same effect. You should also wait at least twenty minutes after waking up to shave. The muscles in your face will take a little
A proper razor makes a single, neat cut through the hair giving you a closer shave that’s less likely to cause irritation afterwards. If you absolutely must use an electric shaver then go for one like the Phillishave Cool Skin waterproof
You can make life even easier for yourself though, and speaking as someone who is extremely prone to ingrown hairs and razor rash I can assure you these tips will help. Firstly, get yourself a good razor. Not an electric shaver - these cut the hair by flailing at it repeatedly, leaving the end frayed and more likely to ingrow.
26
shaver with the compartment for sachets of Nivea moisturizer. But if you want a really good shave then you need a proper razor. Currently the three best razors on the market are the Gillette Mach 3, the Wilkinson Sword Quattro (which I’ve tested and found are both roughly equal to each other, though the Gillette clogs far less in my experience), and the Gillette M3 Power. I didn’t believe the hype for the M3 Power but having tried it I can report that it gives an even closer shave than the Mach 3, but also requires much less force. In my opinion this is the best razor out there today.
Now you know what to shave with and when to shave, but it’s useful to prepare your skin as well. Your skin will benefit from being moisturized and there are plenty of products aimed directly at men to help you do this. Nivea for Men moisturizers work well and are available in many pharmacies and supermarkets. These will give you firmer, better toned skin (as well as giving you some dayto-day UV protection and helping to prevent wrinkles). Once a week you should also exfoliate and for this I use Gillette Fusion ProSeries Thermal Facial Scrub. This helps remove dead skin, dirt and oil and, if you do it in the shower just before you shave, helps lift your facial hairs so that your razor doesn’t miss them. Lastly, while the water provides basic lubrication, it’s good to use something else as well. I find that shaving oils such as Pacific Shaving Company All Natural Shave Oil makes it much easier to shave. All you do is squirt a couple of drops onto your palms and rub it into your beard immediately before you shave. This gives a smoother shave than either foam or gel, with the added benefit that you can see the skin you’re shaving so you’re less likely to nick yourself. It’s even possible to apply shaving gel over oil for maximum lubrication but I found this prevented me from gripping the skin to be able to pull it taught. You can also use shaving oil if you’re determined to use an electric shaver.
Once you’ve finished splash your face with cool water to encourage your pores to close, then dab your face dry with a clean towel. Grimy towels are home to bacteria and you don’t want to introduce these to your newly pristine face. Dabbing is important because rubbing your face can force hairs back into pores and cause them to ingrow. Finally apply some alcohol-free aftershave balm (again,Nivea for Men and several others make it) which should soothe and rehydrate your skin. Now is also a good time to moisturize your face as it will trap in some water your skin has absorbed during the shower. TOP TIP: I got a shaving mirror and mounted it in my shower so that I could get a really good view of my face while it was wet. You’ll find that water droplets will bead upon the mirror and obscure your reflection, but a little practical physics can prevent this. Simply get a tiny amount of shampoo/face wash, work into a lather, then spread thinly across the mirror. This disrupts the surface-tension of the water and prevents it beading.
So, your face is now ready to be shaved. Shave with the grain of hair, i.e. in the direction the hair points. Shaving against the grain will give you an even closer shave but will also cause massive irritation. If you really can’t get a few problem hairs then shave across the grain, but do this sparingly. Make sure you use gentle, smooth, short strokes and try not to rush. Rinse your blade frequently to prevent it becoming clogged.

Thankfully, many trends that were big last season are still huge right now. Leather remains important (skip the traditional black leather jacket and opt for a jewel-toned shade instead), while plaid continues to have a moment. Bottom line: there is no need for a complete wardrobe overhaul once the temperature starts to drop.

The concept of Birchbox is quite simple; Consumers get a subscription for a term of 3, 6 or 12 months. Subscriptions start at ten dollars a month for women and twenty dollars a month for men. After filling out a personal profile, you will then receive sample products, tailored to you, to try every month. When you find something you like, you can purchase a full-size version of the item at the Birchbox shop.
I
n just a few years Birchbox, a New York based company, has redefined the retail process and has grown into an international company. Birchbox is a unique and personal way to discover, learn about and shop for the best beauty, grooming and lifestyle products from well-known and up-and-coming brands. The box helps consumers wade through the clutter that many retailer websites struggle with.
The company has seen a huge success, in a short amount of time, by pioneering discovery commerce. You try, you learn, you buy. Birchbox allows subscribers to discover new products and test them in the privacy of their home. When consumers find something they like, they easily return to the Birchbox site and purchase the items they like. The new form of commerce allows consumers to buy with confidence that the item is perfect for them. The company even offers a rewards program for purchasing with them. Giving points for purchases, inviting friends to subscribe and reviews on products add up to discounts to be used in the Birchbox shop. This allows customers the chance to

buy high end products at discounted prices. The company was founded, in September 2010, by Hayley Barna and Katia Beauchamp. The two met while studying at Harvard Business School. Since the startup the company expanded with Birchbox Man, a blog and online magazine. In September 2012, the company acquired JolieBox taking their business international to France, the UK and Spain. After such rapid growth and the creation of a new commerce platform the company is something to look out for.

In the fashion world, one question seems to be repeated, what is next? Every top designer has experimented with almost every type of medium, material, and color to describe their vision as an artist. Now, to the every day fashion-ista, the main struggle is not in creating the look, but in making it your own. Everyone’s goal in the end is to capture attention by being different with just a unique style. This is why when I first heard of Peel & Heel, I became obsessed with the thought of being able to personalize such an important part of every woman’s wardrobe. odriguez Words: Fran V. R
Simply put, your heels will make or break any outfit.
“Tell me a little about yourself.
Where are you from? What’s your educational background? What are your general professional and non-professional interests?” I’m from a very small town in Puerto Rico. I hold a BA in Image and Design with a minor in Fashion Design. Professional interests are social media studies, fashion film, and theory of fashion. I also enjoy gaming, technology in general. Non-professional interest, I like to skateboard. I wish I could skateboard forever. “What does fashion mean to you?” I believe it defines a lot. It’s a walking definition of what you are as a person, your beliefs, where you grew up. It talks about the place you hold in society. “How would you define Puerto Rico’s fashion?” I wouldn’t dare say (laughs), but due to our climate, people don’t wear a lot of clothing, and with so many pretty girls, that is a plus.
“How would you define the style Peel and Heel exemplifies?” It’s a cool, mass market product for young
people who are looking to stand out in a crowd. Peel&Heel is that detail that helps them be unique. You have a pair of heels, you stick P&H and they change; they cease to be high heels that everyone has and they become your own. Everyone loves to customize. “Where do you get your inspiration?” I get my inspiration from street style, mass visual culture. “When did you realize you wanted to become a designer, how long have you worked as one?” I’ve never realized it (laughs), I haven’t come to terms with it yet. It’s the only thing I know how to do, and I’ve been doing it ever since I can remember. “What matters to you most as a designer? Customer Satisfaction.
“What’s your favorite part about conceptualizing a design?” Research. “How do you prepare for a fashion shoot? Media Projects? I choose a core concept and talk about it with a few people. Then, I pick a subject or model that I know can play a certain character. Then, we set up our board and work from there. Contact people, talent, wardrobe, just like any other production. It’s a lot of work.
“What was the first product you ever designed? Ñaqui, vinyl plush dolls. “How does designing Peel and Heel present a challenge?” By being a brand, it’s mine but it has to respect my target and brand guidelines. You have to put limits to your creativity so that it is accurate and flows properly. “How long does it usually take you to create a piece, what does the design process look like?” It’s more research than anything. For this collection, there wasn’t an extended conceptualization process. “What materials are used in the product?” High-gloss UV coating paper and glue. “How durable and resistant is the product? It’s waterproof and very durable. “How do you select your models?” By their attitude. “Whom are some of your favorite local models to work with? Thankfully, I’ve worked with some of my favorite models like, Priscilla Huggins and JessieJoe Monge. In the future I want to work with Gretchen Capo. Tall and exotic is always a plus. “Who are some of your favorite designers, catalogs, websites? Because I am passionate about technology, I like Hussein Chalayan. I like Balenciaga because it is timeless. Pinterest is probably my most visited site. “Where can readers buy and like your product?” www.PeelandHeel.com and Facebook/peelandheel “What advice do you have for aspiring designers?” Work. Do something, collaborate but don’t criticize. And most importantly, don’t quit. “What are some of your goals?” Become a serial entrepreneur, maybe a Mogul (laughs). I would love for the brand to become a “love mark”.
“Have you been mentioned in the press? Awards? Events?” This is our first press article but we’ve been in fashion blogs and news in Puerto Rico and Miami. “Where can readers find out more about you and your work? Facebook. “Is there anyone you would like to thank?” I would like to give a big thank you to everyone that helped out and made all this possible. Jay Wong, the co-owner of Peel and Heel, not only did you believe in me, but you are also patient, creative and in one simple word, a genius. Thank you for running the other side of this fashion business. My production team, producer Gabriella Pagán, helped me with all of the models, locations, and logistics. My Director of Photography, Jeshua Gonzalez, you ground me creatively, support and passionately believe in the project. My good friend and photographer Sam Ortiz. And finally, a big thanks to the models, Priscilla Huggins, for agreeing to help start-up the brand and Jessie Joe Monge, an amazing actress and wonderful to work with.

Urban Blight to Urban Art
W
e are surrounded by areas of urban blight…they’re everywhere in our daily environment; they become part of our daily life. A group of five Orlando Florida creatives resolved that it shouldn’t be this way. That they would be the catalysts of great changes in the area and that their tool of choice would be Art. One early morning in July, Process Architecture, Jai Gallery, and artist Marcos Cruz birthed the Urban Art Museum. The Urban Art Museum is not a building; It is a collaborative project aimed at fostering the importance of art in healing the urban environment by providing publicly funded art to beautify neglected urban areas and solve recurring problems’ One artwork at a time. This network of commissioned art pieces that will be installed in select areas to restore blighted structures, reduce pollution or deviant activity, and increase the attractiveness of the urban environment while also promoting local businesses nearby.
The first area selected by the Urban Art Museum is an interstitial space between two buildings on 932 and 934 N. Mills Ave.; a space now filled with burger wrappers, empty cans, beer bottles and trash of all sorts. Process Architecture dealt with the problem on behalf of the business owners by temporarily masking the space, but then collaborated with the Urban Art Museum team to devise an artful way of transforming this space from an ugly eyesore into an inspiring scene. The project was funded within two weeks via a crowd-funding website and support from nearby local businesses. As a result, in October this year, a metal LED backlit sculpture will be installed on the location; Where once was blight, will now be Art! The Urban Art Museum’s goal is to provide Orlando streets with a free quality art experience: meaningful, respectful of the art, the local artist, the audience and impacting positively on its environment.
By reclaiming the streets and ransforming eyesores into artwork, Urban Art Museum is creating an underground art network, mapping a new urban sensory experience and environment. Places people tended to avoid will now be put on a map of must-see places for art lovers, encouraging them to stroll the streets of Orlando once again... The Urban Art Museum is fostering art with a vision and a purpose; a project that will, at the local level, help tighten or renew the bonds of our community, and also ultimately help elevate Orlando as a true cultural city on the international stage. Fell on Deaf Ears Checking out the Fell on Deaf Ears website, your influences are kind of all over the place. If you had to define what your band’s music or genre is what would you say it is? I always like to say were modern rock, because we are writing it currently, with a kind of euro feel. Based off of Diamond Duggal’s influences and mine I would like to kind of mesh the kinks, Beatles and Radiohead with Alice in Chains, stunt devil pilots and cold play. It’s kind of all of the flavors thrown together. I got a feel for that when I was listening. It felt almost like Egyptian Asian theme mixed with a rock base. I was impressed. Actually all the rhythms and percussions were done in Mumbai, India. We took the tracks to India and had these authentic percussionists lay all theses tracks down. They laid them underneath the tracks we had recorded already. Which, is kind of different but it fit into the cracks that were available.
Who would you say is your fan base? I think it’s pretty broad. We have teenagers all the way through to people in their 40s and 50s that enjoy this track or that track because they might hear and influence of Alice in chains, that some of the younger guys might like or younger girls might like out of my mind because of the dance element. There are so many variants to the songs that such a wide range will really like the music. Your album Are you getting enough was released in may this year, you’ve been doing some touring. How is that going? Where are you headed? Well it was going ok but I ended up opening a restaurant in West Palm Beach called Fuku. So that kind of put everything on hold but we are working on a tour out west. Now you got fuku. You’re the rock star chef. How is that blending in with everything? Are you going to be able to turn that over to someone if you have to go on a major tour? Yeah, that’s why Ive been leaving there for the past three months. I trained my sushi guys to do
exactly they way I wanted them to do my menu and their doing a great job. So now I have the flexibility to get away without guilt. What about families? How are your families dealing with your fame and the fact you have all these things going on? Its basically just my mom, my sister and my nephews. My mom is proud of me and my nephews think its cool to see their uncle on a tv show. Every time they see a picture of Giada (De Laurentiis)[they say] there is your team mate the woman from the show. What’s next for Fell On Deaf Ears? Tour. We’re going to tour to La. Starting in Texas working our way up. Where can fans find out about your schedule? Probably facebook or fellondeafears.com or follow us on twitter @fellondeafears What do you want to say to your fans? Fans that come to our shows, giving us a chance lending an ear; Thanks.

FIT & FAB One of the questions I’m asked most often is “how do I lose weight”? There are many ways to lose weight. There are countless fad diets and gimmicks associated with weight loss, so how do you know the right one. It’s actually very simple (Change your mind and change your body). The right way for your weight loss depends on three main factors: your mind set, a balanced diet and an exercise program.
HERE ARE A FEW TIPS ON HOW TO ACCOMPLISH LOSING WEIGHT THE RIGHT WAY – AND KEEP IT OFF! I like to tell my clients to shop on the parameters of the grocery store, also to avoid eating processed carbohydrates, which rapidly elevate our blood sugar levels. That in turn triggers insulin production, which results in fat storage. Say no to soft drinks, candy and items with high fructose corn syrup. Bad fats such as Trans fats and partially hydrogenated oils should be avoided. Cut excess fat from meats and stick with good fats — mono- and poly- unsaturated fats. Use olive oil for cooking and salad dressing or on vegetables. Choose foods such as avocados, whole olives, nuts and seeds.
AVOID TRANS FAT
I like to tell my clients to shop on the EAT PROTEIN parameters of the grocery store, also to avoid eating processed carbohydrates, which rapidly elevate our blood sugar levels. That in turn triggers insulin production, which results in fat storage. Say no to soft drinks, candy and items with high fructose corn syrup.
Everything you do burns calories. Calories are energy, so they are used for everything your body has to do. From intense exercises like running and weight training, to everyday tasks like showering, cleaning, or even driving. they all burn calories. Because these are the calories your body is burning and using up, they are called calories out. Weight control is all about the battle between calories in and calories out. If they are both equal to each other, your weight will stay exactly the same. But, if your calories in are higher than your calories out, you gain weight. In order to lose your calories out need to be higher than calories in. I recommend using a fitness/calorie control application to help keep track. There are a number of free applications that let you get free food calorie information on the go. Log your meals, track weight, and get free nutritional analysis (Lose It, Live Strong and Fitness Pal are all user friendly and free). So, that’s a few things to help you get started. All you need to do now is put this information into effect, stay consistent and enjoy the results. Have fun.
The benefits Strength training brings many benefits, including helping you lose weight more efficiently, toning your muscles up and Written by decreasing your chance of injury. Strength training can also help you Debbie Judy look leaner overall and it’s a great way to firm up trouble spots.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Calories In vs Calories Out. Everything you eat and drink contains calories. From junk food to health food, they all contain calories. Because these are the calories you are taking in, they are called calories in.

MORNING-AFTER PHOTOGRAPHY The Latest
P
Sexy Wedding Trend
renuptial boudoir photos are so... two weeks ago — the new hot trend in wedding photography, according to the New York Daily News, is “sexy” photos taken of the happy couple on the morning after their wedding night. For these morning-after photo shoots, the wedding photographer comes into the pair’s home, honeymoon suite, or wherever they spent their first night together as a married couple to capture the rumpled, unmade bed, and the bride and groom in various stages of intimacy and undress. Not everyone in the wedding industry thinks these post-consummation photos are necessary, or even tasteful — the trend is “a little bizarre,” Candy Cantor of New York City’s RK Bridal tells the Daily News. “I am far from a prude,” but “there’s a sexiness to the wedding and I think that’s enough.” But plenty of couples disagree. Here’s a look at this new way of documenting your love: Why would anyone want morning-after photos? The reasons vary. The wedding photographers who specialize in these shoots say the morning-after pictures celebrate the new bond formed between the couple. “The feeling I try to capture is closeness,” says Detroit photographer Melissa Squires, 39. “That lovely calm and happiness one feels when they realize it’s for real, now they are really husband and wife.” Michelle Jonné, 34, a wedding photographer in New Jersey, mostly agrees, saying her motivation is documenting that marriage “is happy... it’s sexy and it’s not over.” One of Jonné’s clients, Iris Shamis, 38, is more practical: “When you get married, you’re in the best shape of your life, and why not have these memories.” Just how risqué are these photos? It depends, obviously, on the comfort level of the couple — and the photographer. “We do it very sexy and implied,” Jonné tells the Daily News. From the photos posted at her website, that means underwear-clad couples lying in unmade beds, half-dressed on the dining room table, standing with
their pants around their ankles, or in the shower, back and hands pressed against the steamy glass door — you know, “like you saw in Titanic,” says Caity Weaver at Gawker. Jonné charges $650 to document your first wedded morning. Do couples plan on sharing the sexy pictures of themselves? Of course — they’re wedding pictures, after all. Shamis, who works in PR in New Jersey, posted the sexy photos from her shoot on Facebook and plans on showing her hypothetical children someday. “I wouldn’t show this to them at the age of 10,” she says. “But when they’re older and can understand it. It’s their parents looking artistic... not at all pornography.” Right, “because, if there’s one thing kids love to see, it’s naked photos of their artistic parents making a ‘shh!’ sign,” says Gawker’s Weaver. Let’s be realistic, though. The whole point of these snapshots is “to fool strangers into the believing you spent all night having sex,” not passed out, too drunk or tired to consummate your marriage.
Is this healthy? “It seems a little weirdly self-absorbed if you ask me,” says Julie Gerstein at The Frisky, but apparently “couples love it,” so who am I to judge? These photos could save your marriage, relationship expert Siggy Flicker tells ABC News. “I’m looking at two people the morning after their wedding, hugging or kissing — beautiful pictures expressing the way that they feel about each other,” she says. “In a marriage, when things aren’t going well, there’s nothing better than taking out these pictures and saying look at the way we were. Let’s get back to this place.” Does this say something larger about our society? It’s an “appalling” reflection of our over-sharing, celebrity-crazed culture, More magazine editor in chief Lesley Jane Seymour tells ABC News. “I think it’s just an incredibly sad statement of, Is nothing private?... There’s something wrong that people need all this public adulation.” The even more perverse thing is that these kinds of intimate photos are what celebrities “hate about their lives,” Seymour adds. “I can’t understand why somebody wants to take the part celebrities hate and make it their lives.”

BEAUTY COUNTER Fall ’13 shows were rather conservative, sending most models down runways completely bare faced, monochromatic, and matte finished. While we did see repeated twists of traditional fall colors, over-blended plums or gray smokeys, and berryor wine-stained pouts, there were a few fun surprises, giving hope to the seasons normally brooding makeup choices.
–Tracie Cervero Cat-eyes of every dimension seemed to be the preferred beauty accessory given the graphic tone and gloriously patterned themes of most collections. At Anna Sui, Pat McGrath created a broad and exaggerated catted swoop, lined with five small squares or dots framing the lower lash line. Michael Kors, a collection all about solids and structure, presented a more smudged cat-eye, while Dior’s models were clean, silver, linear and abstract.
This Season’s Beauty Makes An Impact Based On A Single Flourish Of Color or Shape.
At Honor, makeup artist Adrian Pinault teamed up with Stila to introduce probably the most wearable look, a gorgeous blue (Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in Indigo), triangular in shape, winged straight across the eye with not a hint of makeup on the brows or lashes, a soft cheek and moistened lips (Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in Dolce). Perfect for enlivening the whole face, with little effort, before dashing out the door to any event.
Jason Wu launched a Limited Edition makeup collection, gifting us a luminescent violet, another unlikely but welcomed hue, worn on the eyes of his models and available at Nordstrom’s Lancome.
Orange, which can be tricky to wear, brightened eyes on several runways including BCBG (try Nars shadow in Persia or California) and on the lips of Ohne Titel. With a little imagination, and some trial and error at the counter, orange could very well become your go-to lip for this season. Urban Decay’s’ Revolution Lipstick in Bang and Yves Saint Laurent Rogue Pur Couture in Indian Orange are versatile enough for everyday wear.
