After almost three years apart, FIREX International returns in-person to London in May for Europe’s largest gathering of fire safety professionals.

IFSEC & FIREX Training, a live installer training, comes for the first time to IFSEC & FIREX to support efforts to raise competency and close the skills gap in security and fire. Installers, integrators and engineers will be able to attend accredited and in-depth training sessions from a mix of training providers and expert vendors on topics such as video surveillance, access control, fire alarm systems and plenty more.

We hear from the new Building Safety Regulator’s office how the industry can embrace systemic culture change to safety and get to grips with how the digitisation of fire safety can support achieving the golden thread of information principles. On Wednesday, we’ll be exploring the latest in fire safety innovation and technology with an expert panel debating the benefits and challenges of embracing IoT.

Rounding it all on Thursday will be a deep dive into the latest legislative updates and how they affect fire safety professionals, changes to competency standards and a look ahead at what’s next for the fire industry with a panel of leading specialists.
