PASSIVE DESIGN STRATERGY
CROSS-VENTILATION NATURALLY THERMAL MASS
Tilted walls reduce a lot of sunlight hours keeping the exterior walls automatically much more cooler but the flat roofs are still exposed to a lot of heat gain.
Anglular roof with angluar wall is now shading itself with lower heat gain meaning more windows can be added despite the hot climate. (the office side is shaded from the metro)
