Why Amwaaj?

The word Amwaaj trans ates to the "f ow of cont nu ty" in the ocal Arab c dialect w de y spoken in the UAE We se ected this title for the project because it resonated with our dea of designing and propos ng a mu t purpose build ng that wou d be used pr mar ly for the COP 28 and also for other purposes n the future We therefore felt prudent to draw insp rat on from the icon c Y n Yang g ven that the COP s primary purpose s to address the major energy and cl mate cha lenges throughout the world The un verse s interrelated, especially the natural wor d as shown by the Y n and Yang symbol No positive no open, no c osed no l ght, and no shadow can exist without their corresponding negat ves and thus our Team name - Polar That is what the Y n-Yang symbol itse f represents and that s what inspired our design for Amwaaj
