Real estate is one of the economic drivers of a country, especially the United States. With the market fluctuating and unpredictable, there is a more significant percentage of US citizens interested in investing south of the border. The same is happening with Foreign Nationals (Mexican citizens) taking advantage of lower peso vs. dollar rate exchange to support in the United States.
