Seeking excellence, in 1988 we settled in O Rosal (Pontevedra). This marked the beginning of our journey to establish the largest Albariño vineyard in Rías Baixas, one of the best white varieties in the world.

Our vineyard, which includes the largest estate in the D.O. Rías Baixas, now exceeds 100 hectares. Located in the regions of O Rosal and O Salnés along the Atlantic coast at an average altitude of 40 meters above sea level, it is primarily planted with the Albariño variety, with a small percentage of local varieties such as Loureiro, Treixadura and Caiño Blanco. It benefits from a microclimate with more sunlight hours that facilitates early ripening, enhancing the quality of the must. The soil, of metamorphic origin with mineralrich schist materials and primarily loamy-sandy texture, is shallow with good drainage, low pH, and balanced fertility. Thanks to its south and northwest-facing slopes, our vines receive very beneficial aeration. This results in grapes destined for wines perfectly balanced in acidity, alcohol content and aromatic intensity.
The winery
With a design conceived with absolute respect for the architecture and nature of the area, our winery opened new facilities in 2013, equipped with the latest technology for winemaking. We are the first Galician winery to optically select all our grapes, in line with the stringent parameters set by our winemakers.

We have tanks of different sizes and materials (stainless steel, French oak casks, and concrete eggs) that allow for very selective winemaking and absolute temperature control during fermentation, following an inert atmosphere pressing. Additionally, we stand out for our strong commitment to R&D, implementing continuous improvements throughout all vinification processes, making us a benchmark in the Rías Baixas D.O.

THE FRUIT OF THE TERROIR, TIME AND DISTINCTION
An exclusive 100% Albariño from the 3.8-hectare Troviscoso estate in Cambados, planted in 1987. Made in the new winery located on this estate, fermented and aged, along with its fine lees, in three different containers: a 600-liter egg-shaped concrete tank, 400-liter used French oak casks, and stainless steel tanks.
It stands out for its depth and complexity, its saline character and body, as well as its fleshy texture. With a persistent Atlantic influence, a delicious finish and an unmistakable Galician style, it excels for its great aging potential.

Produced since the late 80s, our single-varietal wine has been an emblematic reference for decades among quality wines from Rías Baixas. A pure Albariño, true to its style, embodying all the essence and personality of our estates in O Rosal and O Salnés.
It stands out for its well-defined character and elegance, its fruity fragrance, freshness, citrus, floral and mineral notes. It shows volume, energy and lively acidity. A wine that, with each new vintage, raises a Galician voice full of nuances.

THE SOUL OF O ROSAL
A different and very special style, native to the subregion of O Rosal where our unique vineyard is located. This wine updates, vintage after vintage, a centuriesold tradition in which the Albariño grape is enriched with the rich fruity and floral nuances of other native varieties such as Caiño Blanco, Loureiro and Treixadura, which we also grow in small quantities in our vineyard.
Pazo de Seoane embodies soul and persistence, lively acidity and a wide range of aromas. It is a unique wine, as exciting as it is connected to its land.

LAGAR DE CERVERA ORUJO & AGUARDIENTE
In addition to providing us with extraordinary wines, our Albariño grape allows us to continue another wise ancient tradition of our region: producing, since the early 90s, a white orujo and a herbal aguardiente, double-distilled in the six artisanal copper alembics of the winery. It is the result of the carefully selected pomace (grape skins) after each vinification.

FRAGRANT, POWERFUL & VERY GALICIAN.

FINE, AROMATIC & VERY GALICIAN
Its extraordinary explosiveness is refined during the maceration of freshly distilled white orujo with a selection of nine aromatic herbs from the leafy O Rosal valley, followed by aging in oak barrels. The final result is a perfect and characteristic combination of delicacy, aromas and finesse.
