Message from the

General Manager SUMMER 2016 What do you consider a good state of healthiness for yourself? Do you measure your health by how many pounds overweight or underweight you are? Do you measure it by how limber you are and how pain-free your back is? Do you measure it by how out-ofbreath you are as you get to the top of the stairs? Is it your “body mass index” or your blood pressure reading from your last doctor’s visit? Is it how easy it is to get down and play with the kids or grand-kids? Is it a good bill of health from a recent physical? Is it how you look in the mirror to battle the aging process? Is it your ability to get around, walk in the manner that you would like? LARPD is your partner in achieving good health and wellness in your daily life. Look through the pages of this guide and see how many great opportunities there are for you and your family to improve your fitness, health, and social activity. Pre-K
