Letter from the Editors Welcome to this issue. It is without doubt that 2020 has been the most difficult year for all of us and it will certainly be a year that will be remembered for a long time to come! Whilst it has been challenging for the beauty industry and highlighted areas in our businesses we can improve on, it has also shown strengths, creativity, support and innovation and it proves that we, as passionate professionals can pull together to support and help each other through difficult times.
