We Ho-Ho-Hope you can join us for our Christmas party. We’ll be making holiday crafts, singing carols, and more. For ages 16 and up. Participants’ caregivers must be present.

Bad Movie Bingo: Holiday Edition

Play this hilarious holiday game while watching a, most-likely terrible, madefor-TV holiday movie. Bingo winners will enjoy some silly prizes and everyone will enjoy some laughter and smiles this holiday season.

Free Paper Shredding with Secure Stream

Friday, December 9th • 9am-4pm

Location: Lobby

NO REGISTRATION

Concerned about unauthorized disclosure of private information? Locked containers will be on site for collecting confidential documents, then will be taken to a Secure Stream site for shredding and recycling. Limit of 3-4 medium-size boxes per person.

Pearl Harbor: Learn, Honor, and Remember

Wednesday, December 7th • 11am-12pm

REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Join us on National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, as we come together to honor and remember the 2,403 service members and civilians who were killed during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Roger Gibbs will lead us in a look back at the timeline and actual footage of events on the day that will live in infamy.

Impress your family and friends by bringing homemade yeast rolls to the table. Elizabeth will demonstrate how to make these simple and delicious rolls. They’ll come straight from the oven soft, warm, and begging for a smear of butter or jam.

After a divorced New York mother hires a nice old man to play Santa Claus at Macy’s, she is startled by his claim to be the genuine article. When his sanity is questioned, a lawyer defends him in court by arguing that he’s not mistaken. This 1947 Christmas classic is rated G.

Certified fitness instructor Stephanie Carr will guide us around the world musically with rhythms like Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Belly Dance, Bachata, and more! This class is for all fitness levels and no dance experience is required. You can even do this from a chair! If you’re willing to move your body, you can enjoy Zumba.

True Crime Trivia

Tuesday, December 27th • 6-7pm

Holiday Hours: The library will be closed on December 24th and 25th in observance of Christmas. We’ll also be closing at 5pm on December 31st and January 1st in observance of New Years.

This month we’ll be playing a game of trivia including questions from cases that we have covered in the past. Everyone can play, as some of the questions will be from some of the most famous true crime cases. We’ll have 3 rounds; the highest scoring individuals will move on to each round and the last 2 individuals will compete for first place. First place will receive a $25 Amazon gift card and a true crime book, second place will receive a $15 Amazon gift card and a true crime book, and third place will receive a true crime book. Be sure to check the group page to freshen up on the facts and cases we’ve covered!

Trim Up the Tree: DIY Holiday Ornament

A Madcap Christmas Carol with Madcap Puppets

LEGO Club: Holiday Edition
