McKane is an American rock band from eastern Kentucky. The group is composed of veteran musicians, each who have years of experience performing and touring. Their blues-based roots are incorporated into their pop, rock style. Brooks Kidd, lead vocalist and 2022 American Idol alum, has amazing vocals on originals and gives fresh sound to some classics you’ve heard before. The band has a unique sound that gives a powerful energy to their shows, bringing electric and excitement to the stage! You won’t want to miss them, as they kick off their 2023 touring season in their hometown.

Carolyn Haines was the recipient of the Harper Lee Award for Distinguished Writing, “Best Amateur Sleuth” Award by Romantic Times, among numerous other awards. Born and raised in Mississippi, she now lives in Alabama on a farm with more dogs, cats, and horses than she can possibly keep track of, which serves as inspiration for her stories.

This creepy collection is full of dolls with painted eyes, some that open and close, some that are peering out of the corners, and others that stare dead ahead. Painted Cork Coasters

How many times have you gone to clear dishes away from the table and there’s a water ring, or even worse, a burn mark from a hot cup? Melanie Callahan will guide us in the step-by-step process of painting on cork to create beautiful coasters that will save your furniture.

Goal Digger Vision Board

Shea Ernshaw has been writing stories and crafting characters since she was young – filling notebooks with stories about magical horses and eerie underworlds.

Did you know that building with LEGOs enhances fine motor skills? Bring your favorite master builder and take advantage of the library’s LEGO collection. Take home a LEGO book full of fun ideas that will keep building on your child’s imagination.
She tried to write the way children wanted to hear a story, which often isn’t the same way an adult would tell a story. She liked to write books that had a rhythm to them. She loved animals. Most of her books have animals as characters in the story. She wrote all the time. There are many scraps of paper where she quickly wrote down a story idea or a poem. She said she dreamed stories and then had to write them down in the morning before she forgot them.
Readers are Leaders: Geared for school aged students, this program provides a time to discuss books, play games, and participate in exciting hands-on activities.
