Indeed, the freshness and vibrancy on the finish makes us wager that this could convert even the toughest ABCiste (anything but chardonnay) to disciple of this wonderful grape!

With only 10% French oak used, wild yeast fermentation and no malolactic, this is reminiscent of fine Burgundy without the price tag.
