Pan-Atlantic University Foundation
Pan-Atlantic University is owned by the Pan-Atlantic University Foundation (PAUF), a non-profit foundation registered in Nigeria.
The Trustees of the Foundation hold legal title to all the property of the University. Their primary function is to ensure that the University remains faithful to its founding ideals and objectives without interfering in the University's governance and respecting its character as an academic institution.

LAGOS BUSINESS SCHOOL(LBS)
Lagos Business School is the oldest unit of Pan-Atlantic University. It shares a campus with the Enterprise Development Centre of the University in Ajah, Lagos. The School offers MBA and DBA degrees and Executive Education programmes.
Besides being accredited by the National Universities Commission and the Association of African Business Schools (AABS), LBS has also obtained accreditation from AACSB and AMBA, two leading international accreditation agencies. Less than 2% of business schools globally have this double accreditation.
LBS offers a broad spectrum of open-enrollment seminars on essential business issues for business leaders and managers Customised in-company seminars are also arranged for companies who need to train large groups of staff in a particular topic.
Executive education at LBS is designed to provide experienced professionals with high-quality general management education relevant to the Nigerian business environment. It offers a strong practical orientation, drawing from the experience of the faculty and participants. The system of teaching privileges the case-study method and group-work approaches to learning
GUEST SPEAKERS
Prior to his faculty appointment, Prof. Bongo Adi was CIPRA MTN Research Fellow at Lagos Business School where he facilitated classes in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), project finance and development.
He led various collaborations on research, case studies and stakeholder engagement with various government agencies including ICRC, NERC and several ministries involved in PPPs.
He has over 15 years experience in teaching, policy research, and consulting.
As an assistant professor, he has lectured at the University of Tsukuba, Japan, where he was a JSPS fellow, and at the American University of Nigeria.
Prof. Bongo Adi
Professor of Economics, Lagos Business School
He has received several international awards including the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) award. He is a UNU Fellow and a World Bank scholar.
Adi has consulted for the World Bank, UNCTAD, JIRCAS, JICA and UNU. He is widely published and his current research interests include electricity market design, private public partnerships, and political economy of mega projects.
He holds an MA and a PhD in development economics from the prestigious University of Tsukuba, Japan. He undertook post doctoral training at the Data Mining Team of the National Agricultural Research Centre, Tsukuba, Japan where he developed routines for forecasting rice yields from paddies using remote sensing data from the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).

Mr. Johnson Chukwu (B.Sc, MBA, FCA, FCTI)
– GROUP MD/CEO Mr. Chukwu is the initiator/founder of Cowry Asset Management Limited. Prior to the establishment of Cowry Asset Management Limited, he has been actively involved in the Nigerian capital market and was instrumental to the establishment of one of the most vibrant capital market operator, as the pioneer General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Express Trust Limited (now Spring Capital) - a subsidiary of Guardian Express Bank Plc (now Spring Bank Plc).
Johnson Chukwu
Group MD/CEO Cowry Asset Management Limited
Before joining Cowry Asset Management Limited on a full-time basis in October 2007, Mr. Chukwu was between February 2006 and September 2007 a Deputy General Manager and Group Executive, Operations of Spring Bank Plc. While in Spring Bank he was responsible for integrating into a single platform the diverse operations units of the six constituent banks that merged into Spring Bank. Between December 2000 and January 2006, Mr. Chukwu worked in Guardian Express Bank Plc and supervised at various times such functions as Structured/Corporate Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, Operations, Human Capital Management, Information technology, and Facilities management. He was also the Bank’s pioneer Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for setting up Guardian Express Bank’s Accounting systems, processes, and Management/Financial reporting systems.
His banking career also includes a 3-year stint as the Deputy Financial Controller of Diamond Bank Plc (1997 – 2000) and 5 years experience with Intercontinental Bank Plc (1992 – 1997) where worked in Credit and Marketing (Trade Finance), Financial Control, Treasury Operations, and Branch Operations. Mr. Chukwu is a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) second class upper degree holder in Accounting and a University of Lagos Scholar. He also holds an MBA from Lagos Business School (Pan African University). Among his professional qualifications are Fellowship of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation. He has attended several courses both locally and internationally including IESE Business School (University of Navarra) Barcelona, Spain; Wharton Business School (University of Pennsylvania) Philadelphia, USA; etc.
In addition to his professional duties Mr. Chukwu is also actively involved in the training of Nigerian professionals as a facilitator with both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Financial Institutions Training Center (FITC), a specialized institution established by the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Bankers’ Committee for the training of professional bankers. He is also a regular media commentator on the Capital Market, Banking industry and general economic issues.
Mrs. Udo Okonjo is currently the Chief Executive Officer/Vice Chairman of Fine and Country West Africa. She is a seasoned legal practitioner who was admitted to the Nigerian Bar Association and New York Bar in 1991 and 1994 respectively and pursued a successful legal career for more than two decades, in addition to having acted as Senior Special Adviser on Legal and Constitutional Matters to the Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and being a Partner at a leading local Commercial law firm.
UDO MARYANNE OKONJO CEO/Vice Chairman Fine and Country West Africa
Having emerged best graduating female student at the Nigerian Law School, in 1991, she was awarded the prestigious British Chevening Scholarship to study at the University of London, Kings College School of Law, where she graduated with a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) specializing in Corporate and Commercial Law. She earned a certificate in Effective Real Estate Marketing from the National University of Singapore in conjunction with the Dubai Real Estate Institute amongst several real estate and executive courses at the Said Business School, Oxford University, Judge Business School, Cambridge University, and Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University. She recently finished the Berkeley Executive Coaching Certication programme and actively coaches C Suite Leaders, high impact entrepreneurs.
Udo Okonjo is passionate about leadership development, real estate and entrepreneurship as a means of wealth creation and nation building and is convener of the annual Rened Investor Series to provide an accurate roadmap and insight on the Nigerian real estate market.
In her second half, Udo Okonjo is Motivated by helping High Impact Leaders Expand Their ‘Zone of Possibilities’ and Maximise Leadership, Business and Wealth Outcomes Through a proprietary brand of ACE Business and Leadership Coaching. She is on a mission to coach 1000 purpose driven Global ACE Leaders and multi billionaires by 2030.
She is also the Founder of Africa’s Premier female leadership academy, IWOW Leadership Academy, and the social impact platform ‘Inspired Women of Worth’ founded in October 2010 in Johannesburg South Africa to elevate, empower and connect power women who together have become a positive global force and collectively do a world of good in various areas of impact.
Praise Ihansekhien is a certified Chatered accountant with both ACCA and ICAN. She also studied accounting at the University of Benin, graduating with a second class upper.
She leads the investment research team at Meristem Securities Limited, a financial services group. She is well- seasoned in Macroeconomic analysis and financial markets, including equities and fixed income. She has appeared as a guest on several news media, providing insights into macroeconomic and financial markets trends and outlook, helping investors make informed investment decisions.
