I am deeply thankful for the opportunity to serve as a speaker at this year's annual retreat, themed 'Customer Delight'.

It was such a great time of serious business, paradigm shift, and fun - what we call EDUTAINMENT (Education + Entertainment) to envision the team on Customer Delight, which is the major focus of the group for the year.

We had the privilege of speaking on the topic CUSTOMER DELIGHT: Positioning To Consistently Delight Customers For Business Growth. Click for Highlights and Key takeaways.
