Our design team conducted research and investigation for failing glazing gaskets due to a 20 year impact from jet fuels. After a thorough survey, study of existing systems and evaluation, we found approximately 400+ windows (40,000 SF surface area), which needed to be replaced. We provided complete details on the glazing system, existing conditions, gasket details, phasing, temporary partitions, and various other details and develop a database to include:
• Condition of Sill, Head and Jamb/ Flashing (Some conditions may be beyond this scope of work for corrective measures.)
