SPONSORSHIP MANUAL INTRODUCTION The HYCELTEC 2013 organising committee has prepared a selection of sponsorship opportunities designed to increase the visibility of the sponsor and to optimize the return of investment for the sponsor participating in the HYCELTEC 2013. All Sponsors will be acknowledged in the final congress programme.
SPONSORSHIP LIST
1. Major Sponsor (financial grant)………………………….………………………………………..5,000€ (VAT excl.) As major sponsor you are offered the opportunity to figure as one of the main partners of the event. The major sponsor package includes: Company colour logo on congress website (including link to your company website) Company colour logo on promotional material of congress. (Final programme, Abstract book) Listed and identified as major sponsor in the Final programme. One free of charge insertion of company leaflet in the Congress bag. Maximum size A4 , 4 pages. Delivery of the leaflets to the congress venue at the sponsors expense. One complimentary symposium registration allowing for access to the scientific programme, exhibition, lunches, coffee breaks and Gala dinner. One full page of complimentary advert in the Final programme. Final art of advert not included.
2. Welcome Reception………………..……………………………….………………………………...….1,800€ (VAT excl.) An informal Welcome Reception will be offered to welcome Congress delegates in the exhibition area on Sunday, 1 September, 18H30 to 19H30. Sponsorship item in exclusivity. The welcome reception sponsor package includes: Company colour logo on congress website (including link to your company website) identifying you as sponsor of the Welcome Reception. Company colour logo visible on a totem (dimensions: 1m wide x 1,80 high) placed in the Welcome Reception service area. Company colour logo placed on each of the cocktail tables.
3. Coffee Breaks……………..……………..………………………………………………………….……….1,200€ (VAT excl.) The congress Coffee Breaks will take place close by the exhibition area on the ground floor. Sponsoring one or several of the coffee breaks will give the sponsor the following visibility: Company colour logo on congress website (including link to your company website) identifying you as sponsor of one or several Coffee break (-s). Company colour logo placed on each of the tables set up for the coffee breaks.
4. Company logo on Congress Bags..………………………………………………………….……….2,000€ (VAT excl.) Your company logo in the hand of each participant. The congress bag is one of the most efficient ways of communicating with the participants. Choose and produce the bag with care and it will provide an excellent exposure of your company not only during but long time after the congress. Sponsorship item in exclusivity. Congress logo has to be included on the congress bag. Purchase / or production cost of congress bag is NOT included in the amount stated above and will be agreed on with the sponsor.

One free of charge insertion of company leaflet in the Congress bag. Maximum size A4 , 4 pages. Delivery of the leaflets to the congress venue at the sponsors expense.
Please take into consideration an estimated cost per bag of 8-10€ (including print of logos in one colour). Please consider approximately 200 participants.
5. Lanyards for badges…………………..….……………………………………………...…….…..…1,000€ (VAT excl.) Your company logo around the neck of each participant. Visibility granted for the sponsor providing the lanyards for all congress participants and staff. Sponsorship item in exclusivity. Congress logo has to be included on the lanyard. Purchase and production cost of the lanyard is NOT included in the amount stated above and will be charged extra to the sponsor. Please consider approximately 200 participants. Congress organiser will provide samples of lanyards for sponsors choice. One free of charge insertion of company leaflet in the Congress bag. Maximum size A4 , 4 pages. Delivery of the leaflets to the congress venue at the sponsors expense.
6. Company Logo on Congress website….………………………….………………………….….500€ (VAT excl.) Make your contribution and participation in the HYCELTEC 2013 visible via the congress website. Ensure maximum visibility pre and post congress with your company logo posted on the congress website. Company logo has to be provided in jpeg format. Company logo will be made visible on website as soon as full payment is received.
7. E-newsletter mailings ….…………………….……………………..…………….….…..500€(VAT excl.) per mailing The congress organizer will communicate with participants via e-newsletters mailed to the official data base. Place your company logo (including a link to your company website) on one or several HYCELTEC 2013 e-newsletter mailings and let everyone know that you are participating.
8. Note pads, pens, USB Sponsors are invited to provide participants with the above mentioned items that will be inserted free of charge in the congress bags. Delivery of inserts at sponsors own expense to the informed address. 15 May 2013: deadline for delivery of congress bags inserts.
9. One full page advert in final programme…….…………………………………………..………500€ (VAT excl.) Reach all participants in the congress advertising your company, products and/or services in the final programme. Final Arts of advert not included. 15 May 2013: deadline for delivery of final arts of advert.
10. Invited Speaker ………………………………….…….…………………………………………..…1,500€ (VAT excl.) Sponsor all the expenses of one Invited Speaker. One company responsible will introduce the Invited Speaker in the Lecture One company responsible will be present at the Lecture as moderator The session will be introduced in the final programme and in all the communication as “Lecture sponsored by .... company name”
