GENERAL TERMS OF CONTRACT:
Exhibition space and sponsor items will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Only fully paid exhibition booth will be taken into consideration for space allocation. It is the exhibitors’ responsibility to comply with the general rules and regulations of the ECC. It is the exhibitors’ responsibility to comply with all national legislation for exhibition, publicity, handing out of samples or promotion of any products and marketing material. The exhibition organiser cannot be held liable for any non-compliance.

BOOKING FORM/CONTRACT EXHIBITION SPACE SPONSORSHIP ITEMS
Upon receipt of this booking form Leading Congress & Association Management will issue an invoice corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the exhibition space and sponsor items booked. The agreement concerning the exhibition space/additional sponsorship items will only be considered confirmed and valid upon receipt of full payment of the total amount agreed. Payments to be made in Euro (â‚Ź) via bank transfer or credit card (VISA or Mastercard only). International/national checks will not be accepted as mean of payment. VAT at legal rate at the date of the invoice will be added to published amounts. Payment via bank transfer must cover all fees charged by forwarding and receiving bank. Proof of bank transfer payments should be provided to exhibition organiser in order for payment to be identified.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
In the event that a company needs to cancel exhibition space or sponsorship, this must be communicated in writing to Leading Congress & Association Management. E-mail: hyceltec2013secretariat@leading.pt Refund of booked exhibition space and sponsorship items will we granted as follows for cancellation requests received in writing: o Until and on 31 March 2013: Full refund (less 150â‚Ź administrative fee) of total value of the exhibition space/sponsor items booked. o 1 April - 15 May 2013: 50% refund of the total value of the exhibition space/sponsor items booked. o From 15 May 2013: No refund of exhibition space/sponsor items booked will be granted.
