Transfer Terminal Seville, Spain
As a response to the needs program to build a vehicular transfer center for the city of Seville this proposal has the main purpose of collaborate to reduce the presence of private transport in the city and promote the use of different variants of public transport. The location of this building is a vacant lot where the main arteries of the city converge. The presence of highways and several bus and subway lines, both medium and short distance, make the project an important part of the urban dynamics.

In this project the social variable plays a key role, since the proposal sets the environment for building users and neighbors. For this reason the different spaces and uses are related, to avoid traffic congestion as much as possible. In this way it gives to the city a generous, comprehensive and flexible central public space, which is in contact simultaneously with public, semi public or collective areas and private sectors. Another important variable of the project is the presence of vegetation, which comes from the outside and integrates into the building as the main thermal insulation, situated in the middle of a double skin generated between the external white concrete and the internal glass.

The morphology of the building responds to the climatic characteristics of the city and was developed after studying the thermal variables during the four seasons. In search for maximum energy performance and after data analysis such as solar radiation, temperature, air pressure and the prevailing wind direction, a polyhedral model was generated taking into account the direct impact of the sunlight during the day on a basic form as it is a cube. Through skin parameterization we succeed in controlling the light that goes into the building and the heat exchange between the inside and the outside of the building.

Buenos Aires, Argentina Searching for a comprehensive, flexible, democratic and ambitious project, we all meditate on the sense of belonging, spontaneous appropriation and the interest of each social group in “the place”, to translate them into a landscape project that invites us to “a change of look.” After a long diagnosis stage, deteriorated or obsolete public spaces and infrastructures were found, which preserved vital historical layers of information for the region and generated great interest because of its high landscape potential, where social interactions emphasize even more the identity of the region. This place so characteristic was associated from the beginning with nature, forest and waterways which were the main natural elements of the project. _SketchUp 7
The idea offers a constant link among the city, man and nature, being man the essential key, which gives meaning to the landscape. This project tries to integrate the fragments of the dissociated city and enables a general perception of the regional landscape, highlighting its foundational values.

Green Office Tower Quilmes, Buenos Aires, Argentina The office tower is part of a broad program to satisfy the requirements of a central area of Quilmes City. The program sets the realization of a tower in which different companies can operate independently, private and public parking service, a multipurpose room and a private bank for people in general. The project has nature as the key component; it is understood the imperative need to oxygenate not only the external spaces of a building located in the heart of a city but also the inside. Consequently, the proposal includes an indoor garden as a courtyard and skylight allowing users to be day to day on contact with the vegetation and the sun. Another important feature of the project is the social character, since the green spaces are opened to all citizens.

The internal spaces are wide and open, which gives the tower the spatial flexibility needed to suit the particular needs of each user. As a constant the project emphasizes the presence of vegetation and natural light in each level, generating the vital link between the exterior and the interior, between the natural and artificial light.

Argentina This project is a response to an exercise called sketch in real time in which students should develop in the course of a week and before the teachers a train station located in Puerto Madero.
_Elevation
This idea was inspired by the leaves of the trees of the ecological reserve in Puerto Madero. This clearly defined morphology as a metal tree structure dominates the space by an expressive and colorful architectural piece of easy understanding. The presence of water, lightweight materials and the design of organic street furniture conceptually complete the idea that technology and nature, shape and function are intertwined.

Monte Sant´ Angelo Subway Station Naples, Italy “The brief from the City of Naples, to create a fullyfunctioning tube station that is in itself a work of art, demanded a synthesis of purpose and beauty that was fundamental to the creative process. A second primary point of inspiration was the site. At the surface the station will be the central element in the urban and cultural regeneration of the Traiano district that has suffered in its recent history from infrastructural isolation and neglect. Simultaneously the network of tunnels and vaults designed and subsequently abandoned midway through a previous tube station project, describes an underworld barely tangible in the gleaming and sanitary underground spaces of contemporary subway projects. In the shadow of Vesuvius and embedded in layers of early civilization, these dark and brutal concrete shells have been inspirational to the formal and material approach”.

A project in collaboration between Future System and Anish Kapoor.
_Parametric design
After analyzing the structure and construction system employed in the execution of the Monte Sant’Angelo subway entrance, the original idea was reinterpreted by a parametric model generated with Rhino and Grasshopper, which was materialized in the FabLab in Seville. In search of an appropriate reinterpretation of the real model it was tested the use of different machines such as 3D router, 3D printer, plastic thermoforming and laser cutter.

Oratory Ideas Contest Bernal, Buenos Aires, Argentina This project is the result of a design competition I won, to be carried out in the Catholic University. I proposed the revamping of an obsolete building sector, located in a courtyard. The space stands out as the best possible site thanks to the silence, serenity, multiple communication options, circulation, access and harmonious relation with closed and semi-covered spaces that converge there. A proposal where the light generates the suitable atmosphere for praying and meditation was featured in this context and on an extremely tight budget. The main role of the light was reinforced by the simplicity, symmetry and quality of the materials. With a front and linear entrance the Altar captures the look of the faithful, being the project Christian and contemporary.

Park Housing Tower Buenos Aires, Argentina Located in a privileged sector of the historic neighborhood of “La Boca” in front of the wellknown “Lezama Park”, this Tower is an ambitious project of private character with a wide program needs. The design of the project is done by decomposition, addition and subtraction of basics forms, which sets a fluid internal circulation and causes a dynamic socio-spatial connection between public and private. Luxury Tower achieves the complicated objective of being related to the historic facades of the adjacent neighborhood of “San Telmo”, generating at the same time a connection with the vegetation from Lezama Park. The building is equipped with the necessary functions to satisfy the demands and requirements of the owners who belong to the upper class of Buenos Aires and its unique lifestyle. The project includes a pool, gym and sports facilities, nursery, parking, a barbeque area, a movie theater and a party room.

_Concept The project was developed on a ground with a longitudinal slope larger than 10% and with a big level difference with respect to the adjacent park. This situation required to work with a clear geometric order, which allowed to study and design in detail and integrally each part of the project.

San Jer贸nimo Convent Seville, Spain Photometric reconstruction The objective of this exercise is the use of techniques and software of photogrammetry to build a 3D computer model of historical character. The model was generated from the information provided by the pictures and the point cloud obtained from a digital scan. Thanks to new technologies such as photogrammetry, it is possible a better management, conservation and promotion of heritage.

H o u s e Remodelling Quilmes, Buenos Aires, Argentina This work of renovation and expansion was executed in a family house of a residential neighborhood of Quilmes City, The owner of this inherited house of 87 m² built in the ‘50s is a private practice doctor, who not only wanted to adapt the house for his large family, but also needed his own office at home. By request, the classic wooden doors and windows were reused and the entrance of natural light and wide open spaces were prioritized. Carrying out this project required a continuous coordination in each stage, such as demolition, masonry, roofing, drywall, electrical installations, siding, carpentry, and painting. The complete wiring and lighting were replaced and five new air conditioners were installed. The kitchen and the two bathrooms were completely made new as well as the three bedrooms on the nonexistent second floor. The courtyard was renewed and the pool was relocated. At the front with an independent entrance the private practice and a covered parking space were situated.
