FRIENDSHIPS WEEKS These occur throughout the journal every 12 weeks. Encourage the children to draw or describe how they could use one of the four strengths: gratitude, teamwork, kindness and leadership to build friendships with classmates and other students. Make a Strengths Wall in the classroom for children to draw or describe things that they or classmates did to show the strength.
