Minutes of the previous AGM for ratification as a true and accurate record of that meeting The minutes of the previous AGM were agreed as a true and accurate record of the meeting.

The Trustees’ Report Rachel Wenstone presented the Trustees’ report and noted the key achievements and positive impact of LUU. RW thanked LUU’s staff, senior managers, trustees and volunteers for their work over the past year which has had a positive impact on LUU’s members.

The Union Accounts Simon Palmer presented the 2009 / 2010 financial statements and noted the main headline figures from these. The full results can be viewed on line, and these were also available in booklet format at the meeting.
