Tigers fielded an under-17 matchday squad for their last game after wins over Sale Sharks (38-34) and Bath (28-21), following an opening-round 18-15 defeat by Gloucester.
Back-rower Simon Koroiyadi scored twice to give Tigers an early lead at Newcastle last Saturday, before the home side fought back with three quickfire tries to lead 19-15 in the first half.
A try from centre Joe Woodward and conversion from Morgan Meredith gave Leicester a 22-19 lead at half-time before Falcons added four more scores in the second half.
A late try to Finn Carnduff, converted by Meredith, concluded the scoring.
