项目
2017 年在 Patrick Macasaet 带领的团队中,研究新型高层建筑设计模式,和运作方式,最终创造出高层 连续云台别墅空间概念。 2018 年在导师的带领下,参与设计 2050 澳大利亚航天局设计构想研究方案,通过 3D 建模测试和模拟 日照,场地适应性和建筑城市空间影响。 2019 年 2 月在 Alisa Andrasek 导师 的带领指导下,团队参加火人节竞赛,负责 3D 参数化设计渲染和建模, 在此期间用 Grasshopper 进行大量参数化模型测试和方案设计,最终方案定稿完成渲染设计,得到导 师认可。

现在,重生后的她,探索墨尔本市区的中国城。这是一次多元时空,多元 文化的相撞,也是对多元生命的诠释。走过中国城的所有街道,主街的繁 荣不足以展现真实而完全的中国城,楼房之间的小道,是流浪汉的住所, 和垃圾的堆砌。自古以来,中国城内吸食鸦片,妓院交易的事实,都和表 面的繁荣所重叠。因此,建筑所隐藏的往往才是人们真实的生活,历史承 载的文化才是更为真实可信。 多元生命的展现,让她重新理解生命的意义。她选择在这繁华的唐人街区 建立一所生活馆,包括文化娱乐休闲办公的场所。就像托马西亚的小说世 界一样,人们对生活的理解往往被自己有限的认知领域所局限,生命就会 变得单调。只有美好,便不懂珍惜。只有黑暗,便错失希望。

纤纤楚宫腰,建筑公寓位于一个狭长 的场地见,也是在繁华大都会中普遍的 安乐之所,超级细是建筑的特征,是一 个场地仅仅 7m 宽,22m 长的 CIty 公寓, 而设计却带给人们一种新型的社交与生 活模式。为了加强人们生活的社区交流, 感受到郊区别墅的家庭生活,与社区生 活,高层垂直别墅应运而生。在高度密 集的城市公寓里,确保人们私密性的同 时,给每一位住户带来别墅生活的体验。 一 方 面 增 强 了 空 间 的 层 次 感, 另 一 方 面,也是试图探索未来城市公寓的社区 生活的可能性,从而带来快乐减少孤立。

建筑选址在伊丽莎白街与福林德街道的交叉口。墨尔本的最大交通 枢纽 flinder train station 位于设计点的对面,同时墨尔本有着非常多 元的人种文化和区域文化,快速的人流更替在这个区域交替进行。 建筑模块的的伙伴合作关系,试图给外来人员和本地居民创造交流 空间,作出人群引导,避免文化冲突,促进文化交流。 个体之间的合作发展有时可以做到 1+1 大于 2 形式。建筑个体间 的合作也是一样,建筑社区合作可以给区域带来多样可能性,并加 速区域发展。. . 建筑合作项目包括两个部分:流线型亭子,可作为不同文化种族的 游客中心。这种形状更容易引起人们的注意,从而为新人们提供有 关城市信息的指导,并分散了访问者的流量。步行之旅是文化中心 的主题。步行通道可塑造建筑物立面的内部和外部结构。他们可以 使人们在体验文化中心的同时有秩序地捕捉当地的异国风情。
