#PlusIsEqual
Diversity Now 2016 The society in general is stereotypical regarding body, image and identity, and the fashion industry is one of its major influences. As humans we are diverse in all aspects of life and as such, should celebrate whatever category we find ourselves be it age, gender, size, race or physical challenges.
This collection celebrates size in the feminine context, and it is inspired by geometry which encompasses all aspects of life as everything falls between a certain shape or definite size. The collection also aims to project the beauty of the curvy ladies, which ordinarily are less considered in
the fashion industry’s standard of body image and identity.
