The main problem lies in the fact that the system of education at King Abdulaziz University lacks the centers that produce and stimulate innovation and new and supportive projects, which made the need to find a supportive center for projects. Where it serves as a forum for innovators and supporters from all sides, as well as the creation of stimulating spaces and a platform for meetings and discussions and presentation of ideas.

Google Campus-Jump Studios
Google Campus is a seven storey co-working and event space in the centre of London’s Tech City, otherwise known as Silicon Roundabout. The project, run by Google UK aims to fuel the success of London’s tech start up community. Working with partners Seedcamp, Tech Hub, Springboard and Central Working, the primary function of Campus will be to provide office space for startup companies, but the facilities will also host daily events, offer regular speaker series with leading technology and entrepreneurship experts, hold networking events and run a constant mentoring program where Google staff will share their experience and expertise with residents.

Non-residential registered users will have access to the cafe and co-working space on the lower ground floor. Existing site condition
The location of the project is located in the northern part of the college street, specifically at the lower end of the academic Square, which may add value to the site economically and educationally. The building is currently used by the College of Environmental Design with its four specialties. The functional idea is that the LearnLaunch Learning Center functions as an integrative center with previous functions that are linked to the functional elements required as specific spaces and use adapted to the needs of the previous job.

In the case of high privacy, a space is created independently and not connected to the outer perimeter by creating optical separation walls (0-20%) such as some studios toilets, maintenance rooms and others.
In the case of medium privacy, the space is formed semi-independent and relatively connected to the external spaces by creating walls of low height (20-60%) such as the studios and the laboratories.
In the general case such as library and public service spaces, the space is formed according to the general transparency using the glass and the use of low walls.
