The Marketing Operations Manager will support the sales team and process real estate files. We are looking for a candidate who is extremely detail oriented with a passion for accuracy, and exceptional customer service. Great verbal and written communication skills are a must. This position supports a fast-paced, highly collaborative team. Responsibilities and Duties

Managing and improving online and social media platforms and setup google analytics Be proactive about identifying solutions and optimize marketing campaigns for better performance Manage Inbound Marketing Calls Coordination with vendors (e.g. stagers, contractors, inspectors, appraisers, etc.) Prepare required real estate documents for client signatures and completion Review contracts and follows compliance procedures and guidelines Build and activate 5-10 listings per week, send listing agreements, schedule photos Maintain active listings with price changes, open houses, edits, and status updates Coordinate a copy (description) request for marketing materials Coordinate delivery and pickup of lockboxes and signs as needed Set Up Centralized Showing Service for all listings Ensures all post-closing funding and file compliance items are completed and accurate Maintains database and updates client files on any changes to any contact info Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related projects


Qualification and Skills

1-2 years’ experience in marketing role(s). AdWords or Facebook experience a plus. Real Estate experience a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities. Challenges team to improve systems and processes. Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and under strict deadlines. Attention to detail and strong data entry skills. Enjoys data entry. Organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to importance. Process driven. Growth minded. “Get it done” attitude with a high sense of urgency. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Willingness and ability to obtain Real Estate License. The ability to talk with-and listen to-our customers.
