Einstein in the Holy Land, 2015 February 12
In 1923, Albert Einstein visited Palestine, travelling to Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. It was a visit that would have a profound impact on the legendary scientist, who struggled with an inner conflict: he was a Zionist, but one who intensely disliked nationalism. This documentary, based on Einstein’s personal travel diary, presents the world with the firstever insight into Einstein’s thoughts during his trip to the Holy Land. Never before has the story of Israel’s formation been told from the perspective of one of history’s greatest minds, who turned down the opportunity to be Israel’s first president.

They both start out on a journey which removes them from their loneliness and exposes them to new worlds that will help them leave their pasts behind them.
Dawn, 2014 April 2
Dawn is a psychological drama behind closed doors, in which four comrades in arms pressure the young Elisha to overcome his moral qualms and fully commit to the armed struggle. The story is set in Palestine in 1947, during the British mandate period. A member of the armed Jewish underground has been sentenced to death by the British authorities. In return, the resistance has kidnapped a British officer. The insurgents spend the night together, waiting for the outcome of the negotiation. If the British hang their friend at dawn, one of them will shoot the British officer held as a hostage. Based on the novel by Nobel Peace Prize winner Elie Wiesel. Generously underwritten by Bobbie & Michael Drukman and Marlene Levin.
