Work on adding more gratitude into your daily life. Change the way you think about things: Instead of thinking about the “what-ifs”, focus on stopping yourself from relying on certain possibilities and potential outcomes to be the determinants of happiness. Enjoy the moment and stop obsessing about the future in a way it makes you completely lose sight of all the positive things that are already around you. Compete with yourself by avoid comparing yourself to others: You are you and they are they: no one way of living is better than the other.
