WHAT WAS YOUR INSPIRATION BEHIND THE STYLING FOR THIS PARTY
SHOOT?
My inspiration for this shoot was from a popular hens theme of tennis with pinks and greens but turning it into an appropriate theme and style for a little girl, bringing in the social club/ school prep vibes and still keeping the overall look clean and elegant with elements of cutesy.
WHAT WERE SOME OF THE UNIQUE FEATURES OF THIS SETUP?
There are so many unique features in this shoot, from the clean squared backdrop with elements of texture from the rippled arch, to the custom illustrations designed for this event down to the unique and custom tennis gear props and VIP badges. The touches of custom acrylics that brought tiny little details to life to the balloon colours. Everything was thought out to be different and unique.

My biggest tip would be plan ahead - always always plan ahead and allow yourself the time needed. Write lists of everything and visually have this list somewhere you can see so you are keeping track. Write down your NEEDS and your WANTS and work out your budget and go from there.

WHAT WAS YOUR INSPIRATION BEHIND THE STYLING FOR THIS PARTY SHOOT?
My inspiration for the shoot was to create a snowy white winter wonderland that would have all the kids feeling the pure joy of Christmas. My passion and love for Christmas was truly shown throughout this shoot. I was completely in my element throughout the planning and styling with every little detail creating the perfect snowy wonderland.
WHAT WERE SOME OF THE UNIQUE FEATURES OF THIS SETUP?
Cookies - Our snow globe cookies were such a stunning addition to the shoot, customised with the kids names.
Santa & Elf experience - Having Santa and his Elves visit the children really brought that true magic of Christmas. The kids were so excited to tell Santa all about their Christmas wishes.
Interactive experiences - Having activities such as face painting, hair braiding, balloon twisting, a jumping castle and even snow really kept the kids entertained. The custom colouring packs were also a huge hit as well as our cosy hot chocolate station.

The uniqueness of this set up lies in the combination of whimsical design, interactive elements and cohesive use of soft pastel colours. Here are some of the standout features: the bubble dome, cut out ice cream with the melting ice cream backdrop, the melting ice cream plinth, the ice cream van, the melting signage as well as all the pastel colours that bring out the whole setup.

We wanted to create a bright and happy atmosphere for Zara’s birthday. The colours red and pink give a fun and playful feel, making it perfect for a celebration. Our goal was to show how sweet life can be with a cherry theme!
WHAT WERE SOME OF THE UNIQUE FEATURES OF THIS SETUP?
This setup stands out with its delightful cherry-themed elements. We wanted to showcase different paperie and personalised items to make it super fun but not too overwhelming for kids visually. The Candy Cart had some cherry baskets with the cutest cherry themed favours as a nice little thank you favour.

The inspiration and styling for Asher’s “Slam Dunk Party” draws inspiration from a blend of sports enthusiasm and playful elegance, perfect for an 8-year-old’s birthday celebration!
WHAT WERE SOME OF THE UNIQUE FEATURES OF THIS SETUP?
Favours - We had personalised favour shoe boxes along with personalised jersey favours boxes to match the fun and vibrant vibes!
Vibrant yet soft color palette - Instead of the traditional orange and black often associated with basketball, the pastel hues of lilac, soft yellow, and baby blue make the styling feel playful and childappropriate. This pastel color scheme softens the sporty theme and makes it more appealing for a younger crowd while keeping it energetic.
Inspiration from the Game-Day Experience -
The invitations and signage mimic a real basketball game poster, complete with the phrases like “Game Time” and “Slam Dunk,” which adds an authentic, game-day atmosphere. We also had the personalised vip name tags and ticket invites, mimicking actual VIP passes and tickets to a basketball game!
