Cinnamon Brown Sugar Old Fashioned with Black Walnut Bitters

As the leaves change and the air grows crisp, The Vintage Press in Visalia is warming up with a seasonal treat. Indulge in the Cinnamon Brown Sugar Old Fashioned with Black Walnut Bitters, a handcrafted cocktail that perfectly captures the cozy spirit of fall. Available upon special request.

Ingredients:

1 ounce 10-year Eagle Rare Bourbon

1 tablespoon brown sugar cinnamon*

2 dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters

1 cinnamon stick Club soda, to taste

1 large ice cube

Instructions:

To a rocks glass, add brown sugar cinnamon.

Add a splash of club soda and 2 dashes of black walnut bitters. Stir to combine.

Add bourbon and the ice cube. Stir again.

Light the cinnamon stick and balance it across the rim of the glass.

Serve immediately.

For brown sugar cinnamon: Stir together 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 2½ teaspoons brown sugar in a small bowl.
