BREAK THE WINTER WEIGHT GAIN CYCLE AND KEEP IT OFF FOR GOOD REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU’VE TRIED IN THE PAST. I 'd just like to say a big ‘congratulations’ to all who have made it through another tough year.

It’s time to give yourself a ‘pat on the back' for all of your hard work. In fact, why not go one further than that? Kick back, put your feet up, stuff your face full of chocolate and enjoy some well-deserved ‘family time’ for yourself. You deserve it!

Not the typical advice you’d hear from a PT but if you take the advice, I’m about to give you, your fitness and weight loss goals will ALL start chugging along nicely. Why trying to be “good” at this time of the year is a one-way ticket to getting (dare, I say it) FATTER. Christmas is NOT a time to try and be "good" with our eating habits. Enjoy Christmas for what it is. I'm a Personal Trainer, and guaranteed I'll put on a good few UNWANTED pounds at Christmas. If you try and overcompensate and be "good" by restricting yourself, you'll simply just make it that much harder to stick to. Because it’s NOT the "ah it’s Christmas, go on", that’s the issue. IT’S WHAT YOU DO AFTER CHRISTMAS THAT’S THE ISSUE. Read that again ^^
