MORAY CHAMBER
O
n the 4th October 320 Moray Chamber members and guests donned their finery to attend the largest black tie event in Moray, held in a breath-taking marquee (provided by the Principal Sponsor of the event, North of Scotland Marquees) within the beautiful grounds of Gordon Castle. This was Moray Chamber’s 16th Annual Business Awards Dinner. Guests were photographed on arrival, and then offered a delicious glass of fizz and delightful canapés while chatting with everyone who gathered and awaited the main event. Once seated and introductions around the table completed, the formalities began.

The Moray Business Award is the most prestigious award in Moray Chamber’s awards line- up. This year’s award was sponsored by last year’s winners, Gordon & Macphail. Ewen Mackintosh from Gordon & Macphail presented the iconic copper pagoda, kindly donated by Forsyths, to this year’s winner, William Grant & Sons.
Founded in 1887, this independent, familyowned distiller is now run by the family’s fifth generation, distilling some of the world’s leading brands of Scotch Whisky; their brands include the world’s most-awarded single malt, Glenfiddich, The Balvenie range of handcrafted single malts and Grants, the world’s third largest blended Scotch. They are also behind other iconic spirits brands such as Hendrick’s Gin, Monkey Shoulder and Drambuie. The site at Dufftown works actively with the local community through their Foundation. In the last four years, the Dufftown site has donated over £125,000 towards local causes through their Local Giving & Matched Giving schemes. In addition, this year marks the 50th anniversary of the opening of their visitor centre, the very first whisky visitor centre to be open to the public. Kirsty Dagnan, William Grant & Sons Dufftown Site Leader, said: “Over 130 years ago, our founder William Grant and his family built the
After dinner the keynote speaker for the evening was Professor Heather J. McGregor, who thoroughly entertained the guests with her captivating and informative speech. Professor McGregor is the Executive Dean of the Edinburgh Business School and also the principal shareholder and non-executive chairman of the executive search firm, Taylor Bennett. She is also the founder of the Taylor Bennett Foundation, which works to promote diversity in the communications industry. Professor McGregor has a Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong in Structured Finance and is an experienced writer and broadcaster, including writing for the Financial Times for 17 years.
distillery together, laying each brick by hand. To this day, Dufftown stands fast as the backbone and spiritual home of our global business. It continues to be incredibly important to us to make a positive contribution to the long-term prosperity of our local economy, and we’re truly honoured to be recognised with this award.” Sarah Medcraf, Chief Executive of Moray Chamber added “We all know we are operating in a tough business climate with so many uncertainties and yet businesses here in Moray are proving time and time again that they can grow and thrive. I am delighted William Grant & Sons have been recognised tonight and are a true example of one of the region’s great businesses.”
A heart wrenching video was shown to the guests about Keiran’s Legacy, a charity set up in Keiran’s honour by his parents, Gordon & Sandra. Keiran was hit by a car whilst out on his bike on the Dallas to Kellas road in 2016 but sadly the delay in him getting the help he needed meant that he did not survive. The charity works tirelessly to educate, support and provide equipment to reduce the risk of this tragedy happening again. The event raised £7,000 and will help towards the aim of raising £21,000 for his 21st birthday next year. And the celebrations don’t stop there, the Annual Awards Lunch took place on Wednesday 4th December where a further three awards were presented. (after Lifestyle went to print) Contact Moray Chamber of Commerce on 01343 54 33 44 / info@moraychamber.co.uk www.moraychamber.co.uk
The Moray Chamber event was supported by a number of other additional businesses, including their Partner Sponsors, Johnstons of Elgin; Harper Macleod; Ritsons Chartered Accountants and Robertson. The Associate Partnership sponsors were Good Highland Food (who catered the event), Associated Seafoods and Forsyths.

eeside Holiday Park is one of 6 holiday parks in Scotland owned by Wood Leisure. The park has been under the ownership of the Wood family for over 10 years, and was named Best Holiday Park at the recent Scottish Outdoor and Leisure Awards ceremony, which celebrates and rewards the very best in the outdoor and leisure industry across the whole of Scotland. The park is in Maryculter, some 10 miles south of Aberdeen city centre, and is ideally located in Royal Deeside. The local area offers lots of attractions, from historic castles to beautiful beaches and coastlines. Yet winning Best Holiday Park at the SOLA awards comes only a few years after the park was completely devastated by Storm Frank. In winter 2015, the River Dee burst its banks twice

within a matter of days, and torrents of water surged through the park, destroying everything in its path. Since then the Wood family and the team at Deeside have worked tirelessly to restore the park to its former glory. Wood Leisure have invested more than ÂŁ3 million in new facilities and self-catering accommodation at Deeside since the flood damage. Investment in the park facilities include modern, heated toilet and showering amenities including accessible facilities, family bathrooms, indoor playroom and TV room, outdoor play park, duck pond and outdoor BBQ area. Future plans for the park include the installation of a go-kart track. All self-catering accommodation on the park was replaced after the flood damage in 2015, and there is a wide choice of new self-catering
accommodation available to choose from. There are 2, 3 and 4 bedroom lodges available, many with their own private hot tubs. Hot tubs are also available with some of the 2 and 3 bedroom modern caravan holiday homes. For those looking for something a bit smaller, the park offers a choice of en-suite glamping pods that sleep 2, or 4 and 6 berth camping pods. The park also offers fully serviced pitches for tourers, motorhomes and campervans as well as a spacious grassy area for camping. The park is in the perfect location for taking a seasonal touring pitch, with the new Aberdeen by-

pass meaning the park is within easy reach of Inverness and the Moray Coast, as well as much of the Central Belt, Fife, Angus and Tayside. Wood Leisure had received nominations for all 6 of their Scottish holiday parks across a number of categories, but faced very stiff competition across the board. Deeside’s sister park, Campsie Glen Holiday Park in Stirlingshire also had success on the night, winning Best Value Accommodation. Sales and Marketing Director, Sarah Wood MacGregor, says: ‘We are absolutely delighted to win in 2 very competitive categories. Thank you to all our customers and owners who have supported us over the years and voted for us!

bbie and her legacy has made a huge impact on us all. Since its inception, Abbie’s Sparkle Foundation has had a truly phenomenal success and we are so grateful to all of Abbie’s supporters who have given generous donations; Abbie would be immensely proud of what has been achieved in a relatively short space of time. Abbie’s cousin Chloe Cameron, her partner Martin McRobbie and friends Ali Thomson and Caroline Cameron have been greatly inspired by Abbie’s courage and determination. They completely selffunded a trip to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, with all money raised going to “hospitals and stuff”. On the 15th October – Abbie’s birthday – they departed for Tanzania. They wanted to complete a once in a lifetime challenge and had been in training for almost a year, climbing the UK’s mountains. But even with all this climbing experience, the thoughts of conquering Africa’s tallest mountain was a daunting prospect. To quote Chloe: “Luckily for us, we were part of an amazing team. On our first day we met all of the people who would be coming on this adventure with us. This team was made up of our very special G Adventures Guides and ‘G-Fighters’ and the other 8 people trekking, who would all become life-long friends. We had selected to climb the Lemosho Route. This route would take us 6 days to reach the summit, Uhuru Peak (19,341 feet) with two days to then descend. From walking through the rainforest in torrential rain for hours and battling blizzards as we approached Lava Tower at 13,000 ft, to scrambling down waterfalls and along cliff edges, each day brought with it a new challenge. Summit day, however, was to be the biggest challenge of all. Leaving Base Camp at 11 pm, we 17
Our G Adventures Team began a 7 and a half hour vertical climb towards the peak. Battling high-speed winds and -12 freezing conditions alongside the various side effects of altitude sickness, we all had moments where we really struggled. Abbie was forever in our minds and with us all the way. Even in those moments where we felt like giving up, we felt her there, pushing us on to ‘sparkle’ to the top. Reaching Uhuru Peak was hugely emotional for us all. We each had been closely affected by cancer, with our own inspiration and driving force to empower us to get to the top. To have reached the top of Kilimanjaro, and to take Abbie with us, was a special moment we will never forget. Throughout the trip, we reflected on how much support we had received over the past year on our fundraising journey. With our trip being self-funded, and with thanks to the many people who had attended our events and sponsored us, we have raised just over £19,000. This will help us in spreading Abbie’s sparkle far and wide, going directly towards making small, positive differences in young people’s lives. It’s difficult to put into words such an adventure, full of incredible memories, life changing experiences and amazing friends”.
18
But things do not stop there. As a family, Abbie’s Sparkle had a 3 -5 year business plan to locate a holiday home in Aviemore. This has now become a reality and the 6 – 8 berth static holiday home is at Dalraddy Holiday Park on
Alvie Estate, 4 miles from Aviemore, one of Abbie’s favourite locations. The lodge will be used by families whose children are affected by Cancer; this could mean they are in treatment, in remission or bereaved. There is a huge amount for the families to enjoy in Aviemore; there are also activities to take part in on the estate. If the families need a quieter time then they can relax in the comfort of the holiday home. Abbie’s Sparkle will also work with local businesses and attractions to provide vouchers to allow families to use their facilities for free and make their holiday a truly memorable occasion.Having this holiday home in Aviemore will enable Abbie’s Sparkle Foundation to help hundreds of families and children and will have a sustained social impact for many years to come. Abbie would be proud to be able to provide this Sparkly treat for children facing the tough challenges that she endured herself, to enable them and their families to make magical memories. We are grateful to Abbie’s supporters who have generously given donations. They are all part of this amazing venture. Any families who fit the criteria who are interested in a stay at Abbie’s Sparkle Lodge should email abbiessparklefoundation@gmail.com Abbie is the bright soul at the heart of everything we have achieved, and continues to inspire us, and everyone around her.

or too long now mankind has treated the planet with an insouciance that borders on arrogance and denial. If it cannot be seen, it is not a problem; once disposed of, waste materials cease to exist. Many eminent people have pointed out, sometimes vociferously, that this is not the case. We are all responsible for doing what we can to change things. There is no simple solution, no magic wand to wave and to make everything all right. It is going to be a slow process. But it has to be done.
Young people are the future and they are demanding that their voice be heard. Some do it in ways that may not be acceptable to the many; sometimes it is the quieter voice that is the more effective and has more impact. One such young voice is that of Frankie Morland, an eight year old from Fleet, who is concerned about the world he lives in and the animals that inhabit this world. The conversations about climate change and the possible extinction of certain animal species worry and disturb him. Like most of us, he is worried about tomorrow. Hoping to do something positive, he has pulled in the help of his school choir and has written and recorded his own single in time for Christmas. ‘World in Danger’ is set for worldwide release on the 13th December via BMG. The song is hauntingly simple, full of childhood innocence, but it brings home the message in a way that others, who have tried, cannot. Awardwinning publisher DK Books was so impressed by this song that Frankie was invited into their offices. They are now working with him and will

coincide the release of the single with a book of the same name. It is packed with song lyrics, environmentally friendly activities and music compositions for young readers to get involved with the topic. The illustrations by Zoe Burnish show readers what’s happening in the world around us and brings Frankie’s fears to life. Since the age of 4 Frankie has been raising money for WWF and his hero is Sir David Attenborough, to whom he sent a letter outlining his plans for making change. Unsurprisingly, Frankie received a reply, supporting him and the release of the single. Selflessly, Frankie has pledged to donate all his proceeds from the single and the book to his favourite environmental charities. He truly is a remarkable young man.

FASHION: THE POWER OF ACCESSORIES
Fashion tips by Define Style Consultancy - Amanda Latham
J
ewellery can be the perfect way to bring life to an outfit and enhance your best features. What better way to do so than to complete your look with a bold, striking and attention-grabbing statement piece? However with so many beautiful accessories to choose from it can often seem a minefield, are you wearing too much or too little - how do I wear them? Below are some of the questions I am asked in my sessions so I hope these help on your quest to find the finishing touches to your outfit! I love high-necked styles of tops/dresses but feel I’m too curvy and will make me appear larger? By wearing statement costume jewellery such as a Bib-Style necklace this will give the illusion of a more open neckline and in turn minimise the bust area. What about wearing a necklace with something already patterned - won’t it be too much? Oh no don’t be afraid to pair a bold necklace with a bold pattern. This often elevates the outfit even more even and adds the extra polish and frame to the pattern. Necklace or Earrings - wear both? As a rule myself I prefer to either wear a statement necklace OR showstopper earrings and wear complementary cuff/bracelet(s). The jewellery does not always need to match and in fact gives more of a considered, stylish edge to your outfit. However, my top tip on buying accessories is... 30
Pick something YOU like and above all have fun doing so! This quote from one of my favourite designers sums up the ‘Power of Accessories’ - don’t be afraid to make your point. Amen Mr. Kors “I’ve always thought of accessories as the exclamation point of a woman’s outfit.” — Michael Kors

ARTIST
H
ey guys, so as some of you may or may not know my name is Corey Combe and I am an artist from Huntly. For as long as I can remember I have always drawn. From a young age you would always find me sitting with a handful of pencils and pad of lined paper that my mum would take home for me. As I grew, so did my passion and by the time I made it to The Gordon Schools, I found a second home in the art department of my secondary school where I would spend my lunch breaks and free periods working on my folio and experimenting with different medias. As a teenager I realised I was greatly influenced by science fiction, the natural form and Illusion work with my favourite artists being H.R Giger, Salvador Dali and M.C Escher and my academic works displayed that. Once I left school I went to University to study a degree in fine art but after a while realised I was not your typical fine artist and left to pursue other ventures that would later lead me to deciding my dream career. The years flew by, I met my husband and we have two beautiful girls together. I still continued to draw but did small things for friends and family like gifts for their birthdays and Christmases etc. It wasn’t until my 30th birthday when I got an ipad pro from my mum that I kicked things up a gear and really honed my craft, I ditched the pencils and paper and made the full switch to digital design. I have spent the last two years quietly building up an extensive digital portfolio, ranging from my now infamous Coos, Robins and Stags to tattoo designs which
32
have landed me on the dream career path I mentioned earlier. Upon the news of a tattoo studio opening in Huntly I made contact with the owner, after an informal sit down I have been offered the opportunity to work alongside and learn from the extremely talented Chris Glover of Sacred Art. So that’s me, a local lass following her first passion, chasing her dreams and saving the planet with one less piece of paper at a time.

Logan and April at Murrayfield earlier this year.
S
cottish Rugby is pleased to report that the Scottish Futures Programme (which replaced the Performance Development Programme) has just entered its second season. The Scottish Futures U18 and Scottish Futures U20 will introduce new training and playing opportunities from August of this year and are aimed at talented female age-grade players with the potential to play for Scotland Women in the future. Both programmes include training camps, skills sessions and training matches with Scottish Futures players benefitting from strength and conditioning, medical, nutritional, analysis and lifestyle support. This was brought to ensure that, as the player pool for girls’ rugby was increasing, opportunities were being provided for players to reach their rugby potential. Eligible players can be nominated by themselves or by their coaches and they come along to a selection weekend where the coaches can look at all nominated players. Eilidh MacGilvray now 16 started playing at the age of 13, when she was in S2. She chose rugby because her friends played for the school team and, having seen photographs throughout the
46
school of the old girls rugby team, decided that rugby was for her. She trains three times a week in the gym for Strength and Conditioning and has club training once a week. She also has Futures around once a month and also PDH training every two weeks. Eilidh found out about Futures at a coach session when Rudi, the head coach of the Futures U18s, told her about the trials and how to find out more. Her coach Jo then went on to nominate her. Being in the Futures programme will enable Eilidh to gain more knowledge and skill in her games, thereby increasing her enjoyment of the sport. She hopes to carry on playing rugby, hopefully with the programme but, if not,to just keep playing for a club. April McKenzie is 15 years old and attends The Gordon Schools in Huntly. Her father played for Huntly RFC and mentioned to her brother Logan that the club had a junior section. April went along to watch him at a training session, thought it looked like fun, went back the following week and has been a keen player ever since. She is sports mad, playing not only rugby as a fly half, but football, badminton, volleyball, basketball and hockey. However, of them all, rugby is her passion.
April has been aware of the Futures programme for some time and was both shocked and excited to receive an email in August inviting her along to trial. Her nomination came through Highland RFC, which is where she met Eilidh. For April, a typical week involves Strength and Conditioning in Aberdeen on a Monday and Friday, Huntly RFC training on a Tuesday and Highland RFC training on a Wednesday in Inverness. Once a month she goes to Dundee for specialist position training (she is the only girl) and once a month to Edinburgh for Futures training. Games are usually on a Sunday as and when they are scheduled. It sounds like a lot of travelling but she is fortunate to have a very supportive mother and father! The Futures Programme will help April become a stronger, better player and she is aiming to progress up through the programme/age grades and into the women’s team. The Futures coaches always encourage the players that education is priority but being organised is key to balancing sport and school. Ultimately April would want to play in the Scotland Women’s Team, but also wants to do well in her exams so she can go to University and study Physiotherapy. She would not have been able to do any of this had it not been for the belief and support of her coaches, at Highland, Huntly and Futures, and her family. If you would like to get involved the training times are as follows:

Highland Girls; U12 - U18 - Wednesday night 6.30 - 8.30pm - more info on www.highlandrugbyclub.org Huntly training times are P1 - P7 (girls and boys) 10.30 - 12 on a Saturday www.pitchero.com/clubs/huntly

S
ince opening its doors in July 2019, Moray Sports Centre (MSC) has been going from strength to strength. The new charity funded multi-million sports centre is situated beside Linkwood Distillery on Linkwood road in Elgin. MSC is the first purpose built sporting facility in Moray to hold a large competition size sports hall, fully equipped gym, exercise specific and dedicated indoor cycling studios, meeting rooms, plus Cobbs restaurant serving delicious hot and cold food and beverages. However, it is not just an impressive building, what goes on within is where the real magic starts. The aim of the Moray Sports Foundation, the charity behind the centre, is to help make a “Fitter Future for Moray” and encourage all the community from absolute beginners to elite sporting professionals to come in and try something new. Their friendly and welcoming
50
team of trained instructors and sports assistants are on hand every step of the way to help and give guidance with whatever people need. Another aim is to become the most inclusive centre in the North East of Scotland. MSC is designed with accessibility in mind with a specialised ‘changing places’ facility, wheelchair friendly access and equipment, use of disability bikes, hearing loops and the team trained in working with adults and children with disabilities and mobility issues. The centre hosts Dave Powney and his Move4ward MS and Parkinson’s classes and is looking to start their own disability sports programmes in the new year. Progress is also being made to build a fully inclusive playpark at the front of the building for everyone to enjoy. The centre is able to house large events and has already hosted Kickboxing and Netball tournaments. There is the capability of holding
500 spectators with inbuilt bleacher seating in the hall. They run seasonal Family Fun Day events which include activities for all, taster sessions, inflatables, face painting and special menus by Cobbs. The facility also holds meeting and therapy rooms which can be hired by organisations and individuals. They are focusing on sports development in Moray and already have Badminton and Netball taking place in the hall. They are also working on bringing Table Tennis, Trampolining and Gymnastics to the centre so there is something for everyone to try. For families MSC runs Tots, Kids and Junior activities for children. There is instructor led Junior Gym sessions for S1-S6 to help build fundamental skills and confidence. Also, baby Zumba classes for parents to come and work out with their young ones. There are Holiday Camps when school holidays and in service days are running and they are now offering Birthday Parties. Their Prime classes focus on activities for 60+ and Cobbs is offering a special meal deal to run alongside the activities. For their members they offer Personal training packages to inspire, encourage and coach members towards achieving their personal lifestyle goals. As well as all of this, Moray Sports Centre offers over 100 classes per week with easy booking options! There is also annual or rolling monthly membership with unlimited gym and classes use and pay and play options. Their members receive inductions, special offers, programmes made by trained instructors, 7 day class advance bookings, discount on sports hall hire and much more. MSC is a non-profit making charity so all funds are used to continue to develop the centre and improve the services they offer. FEELGOOD FITNESS FEELGOOD FITNESS WITH PETRA PENNINGTON
52
Some people are always humming a tune (that’ll be me!); some might only be cajoled to chime in with the festive carols once a year. You may be a secret singer-in-the-shower, or a full-blown karaoke diva. But how many of us value singing as an activity that’s good for our health?
The aerobic exercise you can do sitting down Who knew singing could increase your cardiovascular ability in the same way running, cycling and swimming does? It explains why you heat up when you sing any louder than a hum! As the lungs expand, you’ll activate muscle groups around the ribs, back and – if you breathe ‘from the diaphragm’ – deep in your core.
Fill your lungs… Breathing is what really underpins singing. Singing with gusto encourages you to use more of your lung capacity. Every time you fill your lungs deeply, you’ll be oxygenating your blood, essential in the good functioning of all your body’s cells and systems. By consciously focusing on the song and your breathing for it, you can get beyond the mental ‘noise’ of your hectic life and be present in the moment. An easy form of meditation!
The feelgood factor As with other exercise, singing releases endorphins – the chemical pleasure signals in the brain – invigorating and relaxing us in equal measure. These in turn boost your mental health and stimulate your immune system. Coming together to sing with others responds to our ancient human sense of social inclusion, and is a great way to meet new people. It increases your empathy as you literally tune into their wavelength, responding intuitively to their pitch, tempo and expression. Join your local choir, singing group, or go along to a folk club to dip your toe in.
Sharpen your brain The simple act of singing is neurologically complex! Many different parts of the brain must work together – centres for listening, language and communication, creative expression, emotion, rhythm, timing and coordination for a start. And that’s before you try to memorise any melodies or lyrics! Regular singing exercises and may increase these neurological networks. You don’t even need to sing out loud to benefit, as your brain will still do much of this work if you think your way through a song. When it comes to alertness, the increased oxygenation of the blood is similar in effect to a shot of caffeine. If you drive to work, why not use your commute to holler along to your favourite songs and arrive mentally warmed up for the day?
Express yourself Singing alone can be a great outlet to release your emotions, tension or anxiety. Melt into your favourite feelgood anthem, wallow in the blues, or sing your heart out to loud-and-proud power ballad. Singing can affect change not only in yourself but in society. The Singing Revolution (1987-91) saw the people of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania come together in song to express their identity and peacefully bring about their nations’ independence from the Soviet Union.
Be kind to yourself Ever been told ‘you can’t sing’? Defy that cruel judgement! Everyone with use of their vocal chords can sing, creating the oldest and most human form of music. Singing is like any other physical activity – it improves with practice; using your ears as well as exercising your vocal chords to get the most flexibility and control out of them. Don’t get hung up on how you sound – your voice and how you use it is unique to you and should be celebrated.
All together now… 53

Nail polish colours,(colour therapy) angel cards and health and well being advice are all part of the session. All that will have you leaving with a spring in your step, feeling enlightened and with your head, heart and feet in total unison. Once tried, never forgotten.
body. When pressure is applied to these areas and points it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels and helps to restore homeostasis (balance) in the whole body. Reflexology is not just a foot massage, it is so much more and with the added extra of working on meridian points to help add further balance and support the body’s immune system and help our well being throughout the winter.

WELLBEING
A
s the winter weather sets in, Moray Wellbeing Hub Champions across Moray are keeping the hope burning bright for some of our more isolated community members, male and female alike. This team of Moray folk have experienced their own life challenges, such as poor mental health or long-term illness, and lead on connecting activity in groups and 1-2-1 for all ages. Men are often said to face challenges in talking about their wellbeing, but by leading activity with more men of all ages things are turning a corner.

This November Champions set out to bring cheer on World Kindness Day, spreading suggestions of acts of kindness and encouraging
folk to chat about what was going on for them. Covering Dufftown, Craigellachie, Rothes, Buckie, Cullen and Keith in just one day, Champion Bruce put in the miles as well as the smiles. “During our travels we spoke to 23 people in the various towns, mainly males out for their morning paper. I felt my identity was complete as I could promote what we do and connect with my locality. The icing on the cake was that we signed up a community connector whilst enjoying our lunch! This peer-support role of volunteer Community Connector is also beginning to reach males in the community, but more are needed to do great
work like Bruce. “Anyone who has experienced life challenges can sign up and we match them with someone more isolated to chat to or attend activities they are both interested in, like go to one of our courses.” “We especially need more men of all ages to sign up. They might be folk who have had times where they felt down and want to stop others feeling the same.” Those involved in this 1-2-1 role are seeing the difference. “You would not get support from people you don’t trust”, shares one young Moray male, “Having a community connector has given me a network. I am getting to know more people, slowly I am building up a trusted circle. I feel a bit easier to share and discuss my problems”. Another male shared that, “I formed a lasting relationship with my community connector we are now going to the Legion every Sunday”. Thankfully there have also been a number of males involved in developing new courses for 2020 that are delivered by peers. December will see the launch of the ‘For Enjoyment; Accessible arts for all’. These drop-in art classes have been running in Dumfries and Galloway for some time, to people from birth to older age and they look to be successful here too. Feedback from Champions already involved is really strong. “LOVE IT! So relieving to see a process that everyone can do and feel good about,” shared one new For Enjoyment peer-trainer. These free courses and more are available all over the Moray area. More information or to request outreach to your community or group visit: www. moraywellbeinghub. org.uk or call 01343 576 219
