Broadway Mortgage Group is transforming the mortgage experience with a caring heart in Gallatin. Founded by Brianna Harris Kimbrough, BMG combines cutting-edge technology with personalized local service to make the home-buying journey smoother and more meaningful. The company’s success is built on its commitment to long-term local relationships and its strong ties to the local community.
Brianna’s path to opening BMG came after years of helping mortgage brokers grow their businesses through technology and marketing. During this time, she realized she wanted to create something of her own that would make a lasting impact. “I wanted to take everything I’d learned and build something meaningful,” she explains. While becoming licensed was challenging, especially being nine months pregnant at the time, Brianna found the experience to be a defining moment. “It showed me how much I could handle, even under pressure,” she reflects. For Brianna, starting BMG wasn’t just about launching a business—it was about using her knowledge to help people more directly.
What makes BMG stand out from other mortgage companies is its personalized approach. “We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions,” Brianna says. Instead of offering generic mortgage products, BMG takes the time to understand each client’s specific
needs and goals, tailoring solutions to fit individually and specifically to the situation. This attention to detail ensures clients get the best possible mortgage options for their needs.
Although technology plays a significant role in streamlining the process, it’s the personal relationships that define BMG. “It’s about more than just closing deals. It’s about building trust and being there for our clients every step of the way,” Brianna explains. By offering both expert advice and emotional support through the process, BMG makes the home-buying experience feel less overwhelming and more like a partnership.
Being a local business also strengthens BMG’s connection to its clients. With deep roots in Gallatin and Middle Tennessee, the team provides insights into the local market that larger, national

companies can’t match. They also work closely with local contractors, cleaners and other professionals, creating a network of support that extends far beyond the mortgage itself.
At BMG, the most rewarding part of the job is watching clients turn their houses into homes. “It’s incredibly fulfilling to see our clients build a life in their new space—whether they’re starting a family or making home improvements,” Brianna shares. This emotional connection is at
the core of BMG’s mission. The company doesn’t just help people buy houses—it helps them find a place to grow, thrive and build lasting memories.
This sense of fulfillment drives the team every day. BMG’s goal isn’t just to facilitate home purchases, but to be part of a family’s journey, helping them create the foundation for a brighter future.
As a business rooted in Gallatin, BMG is committed to giving back. Brianna is proud to support local first responders and educators, a cause led by Loan Officer Michelle Rager, whose husband is a local School Resource Officer. BMG also co-leads Gallatin Business Connect, an initiative that unites local business owners to strengthen the community and foster collaboration.
By actively supporting local organizations and encouraging clients to shop locally, BMG helps keep money within the community, benefiting local businesses. Brianna believes that by supporting one another, Gallatin can continue to grow and thrive as a vibrant place to live and work.
BMG’s new office, known as the Broadway Social House, is more than just a place to discuss mortgages. It’s a hub for connection and creativity. With its vibrant colors, retro touches and welcoming
atmosphere, the Social House is a space where clients can feel comfortable and inspired. The office also includes a podcast room, providing a venue for community conversations and creative discussions.
“Our goal was to create a space where people could relax and feel at home— whether they’re discussing mortgages or just catching up,” Brianna explains. The Broadway Social House reflects BMG’s commitment to fostering an environment where clients and the community can come together and feel supported.
BMG is a strong advocate for supporting local businesses. “When you shop local, you help the entire community thrive,” Brianna says. BMG encourages its clients to explore Gallatin’s local boutiques, restaurants and services. Small actions, such as leaving positive reviews or sharing
a business’s social media posts, can have a big impact on the success of local businesses.
“We’re all in this together,” Brianna emphasizes. “Supporting one another makes Gallatin a stronger and more vibrant place to live and work.” This spirit of collaboration is central to BMG’s philosophy, and it’s one of the reasons the company has become a beloved part of the Gallatin community.
Looking forward, Brianna and her team at Broadway Mortgage Group are committed to continuing their mission of building trust and strengthening community ties in Gallatin and Middle Tennessee.
“We’re here for the long haul—not just to help people buy homes but to be a resource they can rely on for life,” Brianna says. With deep roots in the local area, BMG is helping to create a more connected, thriving community.
Through its innovative approach to mortgages, personalized service and commitment to local involvement, Broadway Mortgage Group is making a lasting impact on Gallatin and beyond. By focusing on relationships, community and support, BMG truly transforms the mortgage experience—one client at a time.

Rebecca Ehmling’s passion for furniture artistry began with her grandfather’s high-end furniture store, where she developed a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and design that make furniture the centerpiece of a home. She believes art should not only enhance a home with color, texture and design, but it also serves as a functional, living element. By artistically recreating furniture, Rebecca transforms outdated or discarded pieces into sustainable, one-of-a-kind works of art, keeping them out of landfills and redefining how we view art in our homes. Her greatest joy comes from seeing clients’ excitement as she breathes new life into their cherished pieces.
Gallatin artist Lauren Alexandra Hogan brings her vibrant creativity to life through bold, colorful portraits, landscapes, musical pieces and murals. With a background shaped by music, travel and a lifelong love for art, Lauren’s unique style blends realism with graffiti-inspired abstraction, creating pieces that radiate energy and positivity. From custom commissions to large-scale murals, her work reflects a deep connection to her clients and community. Lauren’s art aims to inspire and uplift. Each piece, whether hanging in a home or displayed on a mural, spreads light, hope and smiles throughout Gallatin.
Gallatin artist and jewelry designer Carmella Calhoun, known as Creative Carmella, has spent 13 years crafting pieces inspired by the beauty of everyday life. Her work—whether stamped copper or brass pendants with uplifting messages or vibrant floral paintings—reflects her belief in finding joy, even during life’s toughest seasons. Carmella’s creations aim to inspire others to see the good around them and embrace creativity. The underlying message will always be, “Look for the joy around you, and you will find it." A proud Gallatin resident for over 22 years, she is deeply inspired by the kindness within the community and hopes her art contributes to that spirit. Her pieces can be found locally at The Artisan Hatchery or at creativecarmella.com.
