Ingredients

+ 2 oz. Irish Whiskey

+ 1⁄2 oz. Simple Syrup

+ Splash of Lime Juice

+ 8 Fresh Mint Leaves

+ Sparkling Wine or Ginger Ale

+ Crushed Ice

Instructions

1. Place mint leaves, splash of lime juice, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Gently muddle.

2. Pour Irish Whiskey into cocktail shaker and top with ice.

3. Cover and shake vigorously.

4. Strain into a rocks glass and add crushed ice.

5. Top with sparkling wine or ginger ale. 6. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedge.
