A MOM’S JOURNEY WITH BURN BOOTCAMP KINGWOOD
For Brooke, the days blurred together. As a mom to a lively fouryear-old, an eight-year-old, and a newborn, her life revolved around snacks, naps, and endless laundry. While motherhood brought joy, she felt she’d lost herself and couldn’t recall the last time she’d done something just for her.
One evening, Brooke discovered Burn Bootcamp Kingwood. The words childwatch included caught her eye, prompting her to try a free session. What she found was more than a gym.
From the moment Brooke walked in, the atmosphere buzzed with energy and encouragement. The Childwatch team greeted her with warm smiles, reassuring that her little ones were in loving hands. For the next 45 minutes, on the floating floor, Brooke focused solely on herself.
