CATHEDRAL FAMILY EXPERIENCE
The Cathedral Family Experience is an immersive 1-2 day event that serves as the catalyst for understanding and embracing the essence of what it takes to build your own Cathedral Family. This transformative journey is facilitated with your entire multi-generational family and many times co-hosted with some of your personal family advisors.
This experience is uniquely designed to take your entire family through exercises, activities, and a customized set of questions that help to bring your family to life. In addition, our facilitators encourage introspection through thought-provoking interviews, followed by engaging small group discussions where every family member actively participates. With hundreds of questions, the event teases out and then weaves a tapestry of insights, anecdotes, and life lessons, skillfully captured in medley videos, personal stories, and legacy content.
This life changing experience allows you to harness invaluable family wisdom on a diverse range of topics presented through interactive family masterclasses and powerful videos that leave a lasting impact on each member of the family and serve as a way to transmit key values to the next generations for years to come.
CONVERSATIONS
LIVING ROOM /CLASSROOM
An engaging and dynamic town hall-style event. Over the course of two days, we capture 15 videos where family members actively participate in open discussions on a wide range of topics. With a dedicated host guiding the conversations, we ensure a diverse and thought-provoking exchange of ideas, creating a valuable platform for meaningful interactions within your family.

Offers an intimate setting for meaningful conversations. Over two days, we produce 10 videos, each lasting 3 to 5 minutes, where 3 to 6 family members engage in table talk-style discussions on a variety of topics. These smaller, focused discussions provide a platform for deeper connections, shared insights, and a valuable opportunity for family members to bond over their diverse perspectives and experiences.

A captivating exploration of individual perspectives and family topics. Over the course of two days, we will have interviewed all family members, each asked 3-5 thought-provoking questions, with 1-2 family members participating in an interview-style format. These conversations allow for a deep dive into personal narratives that will become a rich collection of 40 finalized videos, including 10 medley videos that blend multiple perspectives and 10 personal family stories that capture the essence of your family's unique journey.

This is primarily applied with the addition of the “second studio” but we are going to try and get some interviews in this format. A comprehensive exploration of individual insights within your family. We will conduct 20 “Office”style interviews over the course of 2 days, each involving one family member in an interview-style format. These interviews yield valuable stories and soundbites, which will be skillfully integrated into our medley videos. By combining these personal observations with the collective wisdom of your family, we aim to create compelling and resonant content that showcases the unique perspectives and experiences of each family member.

TIMELESS MASTERCLASS
INSTRUCTION
A series of 6 enlightening sessions, each ranging from 6 to 10 minutes in length. Presented by family patriarchs and matriarchs, these sessions delve into the topics, values, skills, and anything else you long to pass on to the younger generations today and tomorrow. The sessions are direct-to-camera, with one family member actively participating in each session. You will receive a set of 6 masterclass session videos offering timeless insights for your family's growth and wellbeing.

1. CATHEDRAL FAMILY PRODUCTION STUDIO:
(includes videographer, director and equipment package)
Simply setting up a second fully featured studio. With the necessary staffing and equipment package, we could get up to 50% more content during our time together. Because of our two day master schedule and the commitment each family has made to be together, the availability of an additional studio running simultaneously with the other set would allow us to provide far more quality and variety in the final flourishing family library we produce for the family.
2. CATHEDRAL FAMILY CUSTOM MASTERCLASS SERIES:
(Six session fully integrated with family testimonies, training and includes a hosting segment by multiple family members)
We will produce a fully custom edition of a masterclass like curriculum or course taught by your family leaders and or individual members of your family. This masterclass course will be additional content taught directly to camera, and we'll have a companion collection of stories and testimonies and examples shared throughout our entire time together.
The teaching and training sessions will be around the five capital sessions, and could be taught by matriarch and patriarch, and will be colorfully illustrated by the individual family members. Wonderfully illustrated by additional stories shared throughout our time together. This timely and timeless resource will help your family reflect and renew the reasons why, when, and how your family made a covenant and a commitment to live out all five capitals for generations to come. We could capture short “host segments” for families, including some of the children and grandchildren, if available. Our team could help co-create and help with scripts in preparation for a teleprompter as needed.
The master teaching could be delivered by the mother and father throughout the entire series, or you could have each family member or couple teach one or two of the sessions. There's tremendous creativity and flexibility around this very unique opportunity. A companion full color curriculum could be created, or the course content will stand on its own.

A beautiful hardback 75-page photo album filled with a collection of over 150 legacy family photos surrounding the new legacy stories shared during your two-day flourishing family experience is the perfect way to bring your family to life by memorializing the stories and strategies your family shared together, both individually and altogether. This provides a lasting visual memory of the powerful reflections and responses every member of your adult family shared around their heart and the hope of flourishing as a family for generations to come. Includes selected QR codes of the video edition of the album.

5. CATHEDRAL FAMILY PURPOSE AND PASSION ASSESSMENT:

A fully custom edition building out a team to develop programs, processes, and products and fully integrate with the Flourishing Family strategy. The cost will include an individual private coaching session with a trained facilitator. An all-family live conversation. In addition, an all-family live coaching session, either online or in person, conducted either in the evening of the first or second night or opted in as one of our large group sessions together.
