OVERVIEW

Cathedral Family is a comprehensive initiative to inspire high-net-worth families to build enduring multi-generational legacies rooted in faith and purpose. By combining immersive experiences, high-quality media, and tailored curriculum, this initiative draws timeless lessons from cathedral building to transform families. This Year 1 GTM plan includes special experiences for patriarchs and matriarchs, followed by a fullfamily journey, alongside robust production and publishing deliverables.

PHASE 1: FOUNDATIONS (MONTHS 1-3)

Goal: Establish credibility, engage early adopters, and create momentum.

1. Key Activities:

Launch the Couples Trip for Patriarchs and Matriarchs: A 5-day immersive experience for couples to explore iconic cathedrals, reflect on their legacy, and begin developing a personalized Family Planner. Create and distribute Video Trailers and Marketing Flyers to communicate the vision effectively.

Publish a Full-Color Magazine showcasing Cathedral Family's mission and offerings to engage prospective families and donors.

2. Deliverables:

3 couples trips with 10 couples each.

3 high-quality video trailers and 1 magazine edition tailored for families and donors.

PHASE 2: AWARENESS & ENGAGEMENT (MONTHS 4-6)

Goal: Broaden outreach, deepen engagement, and introduce family-wide offerings.

1. Key Activities:

Host Webinars, Workshops, and Retreats: Focus on topics such as multi-generational wealth planning and spiritual alignment, providing both virtual and in-person options. Introduce the Cathedral Family Journey: A 7–10 day immersive experience for entire families, integrating guided tours of historic cathedrals with intentional discussions, storytelling, and the finalization of their Family Planner. Promote Cathedral Family University Certification: Offer courses to advisors on legacy building, wealth transfer, and philanthropy.

2. Deliverables:

5 webinars with 200+ attendees. Enrollment of 50 advisors in Cathedral Family University. 2 full-family tours with 15 families each.

PHASE 3: SCALING & IMPACT (MONTHS 7-12)

Goal: Expand reach, deepen family engagement, and deliver measurable impact.

Curriculum, including daily inspirations and case studies tailored for families.

Offer ongoing Family Planner Coaching: Provide post-tour support to families as they implement their Family Planner.

2. Deliverables:

5 family retreats and 3 donor events generating $2M.

Launch Legacy Library with 20 families onboarded.

10 full-length teaching series and companion study guides.

SPECIAL FEATURES: COUPLES TRIPS & FAMILY JOURNEYS

1. Couples Trip (Patriarchs and Matriarchs)

A 5-day exclusive journey for couples to explore iconic cathedrals, reflect on their personal legacy, and begin crafting their Family Planner with expert guidance.

Deliverable: 3 trips, engaging 10 couples each.

2. Cathedral Family Journey (Full Family)

A 7–10 day immersive experience for entire families, combining cathedral visits, storytelling, and the completion of their Family Planner. Includes interactive sessions to align the family’s legacy vision.

Deliverable: 2 tours, hosting 15 families each.

REVENUE STREAMS (YEAR 1 GOALS)

Couples Trips: $750K (30 couples, $25K/couple).

Cathedral Family Journeys: $2.25M (30 families, $75K/family).

Custom Curriculum: $750K (15 families, $50K/family).

Donor Campaigns: $2.5M (5 patrons).

Legacy Library Subscriptions: $2M (100 families, $20K/family).
