OVERVIEW
Cathedral Family is a comprehensive initiative to inspire high-net-worth families to build enduring multi-generational legacies rooted in faith and purpose. By combining immersive experiences, high-quality media, and tailored curriculum, this initiative draws timeless lessons from cathedral building to transform families. This Year 1 GTM plan includes special experiences for patriarchs and matriarchs, followed by a fullfamily journey, alongside robust production and publishing deliverables.
PHASE 1: FOUNDATIONS (MONTHS 1-3)

Goal: Establish credibility, engage early adopters, and create momentum.
1. Key Activities:
Launch the Couples Trip for Patriarchs and Matriarchs: A 5-day immersive experience for couples to explore iconic cathedrals, reflect on their legacy, and begin developing a personalized Family Planner. Create and distribute Video Trailers and Marketing Flyers to communicate the vision effectively.
Publish a Full-Color Magazine showcasing Cathedral Family's mission and offerings to engage prospective families and donors.
2. Deliverables:
3 couples trips with 10 couples each.
3 high-quality video trailers and 1 magazine edition tailored for families and donors.

PHASE 2: AWARENESS & ENGAGEMENT (MONTHS 4-6)
Goal: Broaden outreach, deepen engagement, and introduce family-wide offerings.
1. Key Activities:
Host Webinars, Workshops, and Retreats: Focus on topics such as multi-generational wealth planning and spiritual alignment, providing both virtual and in-person options. Introduce the Cathedral Family Journey: A 7–10 day immersive experience for entire families, integrating guided tours of historic cathedrals with intentional discussions, storytelling, and the finalization of their Family Planner. Promote Cathedral Family University Certification: Offer courses to advisors on legacy building, wealth transfer, and philanthropy.
2. Deliverables:
5 webinars with 200+ attendees. Enrollment of 50 advisors in Cathedral Family University. 2 full-family tours with 15 families each.
PHASE 3: SCALING & IMPACT (MONTHS 7-12)
Goal: Expand reach, deepen family engagement, and deliver measurable impact.
