Before you begin uploading images we suggest adding users to the yearbook website and setting permissions. As the adviser, you can determine who can upload candid images. It’s simple to set up this permission. Follow Manage Access > Manage Users > Edit or Create New Users and save changes to apply this permission.

Staffers and advisers may also want to add grade-level class and activities images or classroom candids by teachers’ names for elementary books. You may include as many tags as you would like in order to cover all aspects of school. Once the tag list is created, the adviser and/or yearbook staff tag images as they upload them. Insider Tip: Tag images upon upload. You can tag one image or all at the same time. You can also add more than one tag to an image.

For example: Upload Homecoming images at one time and use the “Apply to All” button to apply the “Homecoming” tag to each image upon upload. If you have thousands of images, we recommend reviewing your images before uploading, selecting only those you intend to use on your pages. Additionally, you can load images to the Community Upload site and select your favorites from there. Visit Training and Tools on the yearbook website for more information.
