1. From the Dashboard, click Change Yearbook. o The Change Yearbook dialog box displays. a. All assigned yearbooks are listed. b. If you have more than five yearbooks assigned to you, the search results will display as multiple pages.

If necessary, enter either the appropriate job number, yearbook name, school name or school year in the corresponding field to narrow the results. o The search results are automatically filtered. 3. Click Select for the appropriate yearbook/job number. o The selected yearbook displays on the Dashboard. The School Name associated with the yearbook displays in the upper left hand corner of the Dashboard.
