Staff roles Select your staff with thought and care. The staff may be large or small, depending on your school, but try to recruit students with different skills: computer/Photoshop experts, artists, designers, writers and photographers.

You’ll also need students who like business and marketing to serve as ad and yearbook salespersons. Qualities to look for in these individuals include dependability, creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work with other people.
