Logging Into Yearbook Website
Logging In to the Website
1. Open a Google Chrome browser window and go to the Lifetouch Yearbook website URL:
a. USA: https://yearbook.lifetouch.com
b. Canada: https://yearbook.lifetouch.ca
Tip: If you need to install Google Chrome, see the Install Google Chrome Browser section below.
2. Enter your Username and Password into the corresponding fields.
Note: Your Lifetouch Representative will enroll you into the Lifetouch Yearbook website. At that time, you will receive an email with instructions for setting up your profile and password.
3. Click Login
a. If this is your 1st time logging onto the website, you will need to agree to the terms of service prior to being directed to the dashboard page.
b. Your school dashboard will display
c. Password must be typed vs. cut and pasted.
i. Don’t save your password on Google.
4. Once logged in you will see your dashboard displayed. You can now begin navigating and creating a Yearbook.
Tips and Tricks
1. Save your work anytime you have completed a page or even flowing images.
2. Keyboard Shortcuts: you can use all common keyboard shortcuts on the Lifetouch Yearbook website. For the full list of keyboard shortcuts, see the Lifetouch Online Yearbook Keyboard Shortcuts Guide.
3. Use planning pages to design your ideas and have a visual of what they will look like published.
4. Review Set Up the Contract and Book Settings document for additional information.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Clear your cookies & cache via your website browser.
2. Are you using a bookmarked linked?
a. Yes, delete your bookmark and open a new tab and type in the yearbook website.
i. USA: https://yearbook.lifetouch.com
ii. Canada: https://yearbook.lifetouch.ca
b. No, follow step 1, then proceed to step 3.
3. Ensure you are using your full email address as your username.
a. Do not save your password.
b. Type your password in.
c. Were you successful at logging in and seeing your Dashboard?
i. Yes, no further action needed to log in.
d. No, contact our Yearbook Support Team for further assistance:

Error Messages
1. Did you receive the green screen?
a. Yes, follow these steps:
i. Be sure you are using a desktop/laptop with Google Chrome browser as your main web browser.
ii. Clear your browsing history.
b. Click on the 3 dots on the right-hand corner of the page.
c. Click on Delete Browsing Data, a new window will pop up. Select Advanced Side
d. Next to the time range option drop down select All Time
e. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached Images and Files
f. Click on Delete Data
1. You can close the settings tab.
g. In the address bar, type yearbook.lifetouch.com (U.S.) or yearbook.lifetouch.ca (Canada) and try logging in again.
1. Were you successful at logging in?
a. Yes, great! You are now able to work on the Yearbook Website.
b. No, contact our Yearbook Support Team to further troubleshoot.

Google Chrome Install
1. Go to Google Chrome website: https://www.google.com/chrome.
2. Click on the blue bubble Download Chrome
a. Accept the Terms of Service when it displays.
3. If available, click the checkbox to have Chrome as your default browser.
4. Click on the blue bubble Accept and Install
5. If prompted, click Save and/or run
a. The installer opens. When it finishes, Google Chrome is installed, and a Chrome window opens with first-time use information.
b. Optional: Sign into Chrome with a Google account to sync bookmarks, preferences, and browsing history with any Chrome browser that you use.
Note: If you are unable to download Chrome, please reach out to your school's IT department
to see if they need to install it for you.
