Manage Hidden Pages

Overview

Capability to hide or make visible (accessible) yearbook pages in the Lifetouch Yearbook website.

Setting Up Hidden Pages

1. From the Home, hover over Manage Access and select Manage Hidden Pages.

a. The Manage Hidden Pages screen displays whether pages are hidden or accessible throughout the Lifetouch Yearbook website.

b. By default, pages are set to Accessible (visible).

Hidden Page Options

1. Multiple page visibility

a. Select the appropriate pages, click the Visibility dropdown, and select either Accessible (visible) or Hidden.

2. Single page visibility

a. Click the Page Visibility once and it toggles to Hidden. Click it again to toggle back to Accessible (visible).

Only the 1st and last page can be single page visibility. Can be used specifically for special recognition page etc.

3. View Page

a. Click the View Page link for any page to see an enlarged thumbnail view Click Exit to close the View Page box.

4. When done, click Save Changes.

a. Changes are saved to the Manage Hidden Pages screen. When a page is set to Hidden, only users with an Adviser role can see this page. All other people will only see a placeholder as shown below showing a hidden page in Page Builder. Hidden pages are hidden in all places including Ladder Diagram, Parking Lot, Manage Hidden Pages, and Organize Pages.

• To change a page back to visible, update the page’s visibility back to accessible.
